I have a Coupon they said, they don’t take it. Really! The guy said, To check my mail those are the only coupons they take. Very rude guy. My sandwich was a mess my flat bread was hard as a Rock! I couldn’t even eat it. Wow! This guy was so RUDE! I DON’T RECOMMENDTHISSUBWAY!

Wow, I get in to take their morning offer buy one get one free… and the person working there takes a call in his«cell phone» before my order. Then I order my sandwiches and the one that supposed to be free(he only adds half of the meat that should go in the sandwich) I think he kept the rest of the meat for himself(for his own sandwich maybe?) not sure who is the manager of this subway, but please do something about tgis mess! Thanks.

Service here may not be the best. I walked in here to get a half sized sandwich since I was kind of hungry and wanted to grab a fast bite. I was not greeted when I walked in and the man who took my order has no customer service at all. He did not smile or anything which made my transaction very awkward. He might be having a bad day so I do not know what to say… Lol after all, I got my sandwich and it was good so 3 stars!

Terrible Service and stingy quantity .the veggies didnt seem fresh either. The guy acted as if he is doing a favor by making me a sandwich. I would never come back here.

I can’t say anything bad about the food. It’s most definitely Subway quality and properly done. What I do want to discuss, though, is the staff. I was given a coupon last time I made a purchase for any footling for six dollars, and my son had one as well. My son was rang up, and was given his receipt with a coupon for any footlong for 6 dollars as well. When I was rang up separately(because only one coupon could be used per transaction), the cashier refused to give me my receipt because a coupon for another footlong for six dollars printed out. He took my receipt and crumpled it up and threw it on the floor. When I asked for my receipt, he looked at my blankly and look at the register and pretended he didn’t know what happened. The food was fine, but the staff are horrible enough to make it worth a trip to one of the other, more conveniently located Subways in the area.

This is a subway. everything is always good, and tastes the same every time. However my review is on the service. I stopped going to this subway when there were 2 rude women working. I one day decided to go again, and about a year ago there were new staff, and these were much friendlier workers. These 2 new men that were working greeted me with a Hello and How are You, and so on. I knew i was coming back. They are very friendly and i highly recommend you give this subway location a new chance because the service is now great!

Kind of disappointed that they were out of apples and greek yogurt, but the staff was really friendly and courteous. Will choose this Subway for my Pleasanton stop

I am extremely disappointed with this subway. At one particular incident, I ordered a 6″ turkey and avocado sandwich, opted for the double meet when was offered it for 1 dollar and when done, swiped my card without really paying attention. While eating my sandwich I happened to glance at my receipt and saw that my charge was a little over $ 13. I asked the woman who rang me up,(who I later found to be the owner) assuming there had been a mistake, and was told that it was the correct charge. I was told that since I asked for a turkey and avocado, I was charged for a turkey and an added charge for avocado. If I asked for a turkey, bacon and avocado without the bacon, she would have charged me less. Either way, there’s no way it should have been anywhere near $ 13. She later emailed me after complaining on their review form at the counter saying I was charged for a 12′ and offered me a free sandwich. I still don’t understand how that would ad to what I was charged so I’ve decided to just take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately I tried the subway on Sunol near Raleys and was greeted by the same lady when I walked in. Needless to say, I don’t eat subway in pleasanton anymore. =/

I am so mad the gal that is there has previously let me use a coupon, today the guy brat would not honor my coupon! it says two for one any sandwich even premium sandwiched! I always but three or more sandwiches when i go. I usually do not have a coupon. so guess what he never gave me my receipt either! I am very mad. they lost our business. I can go up to Bernal and use that Subway. oh he burned my bread? and I asked him to toast he put one in the Micro. Hey owner you need to speak to your people.

Ive been to this location many time and I would give them a 5 star but there is 1 employee– younger Indian girl– who always has a bad attitude and literally out whatever SHE wanted on my sandwich. I have to stop her EVERY time. I would list her name but when i asked for it she replied«Why do you want my name? We are not allowed to give out our names» which i know is a lie. So anytime I pull up and I see her working I just turn around and go to Taco bell which is in the same parking lot. BUT I LOVE coming in when Liz is working. She always has a smile on her face, washes her hands and makes my sandwich PERFECT. I will def keeping coming back BUT only when Liz is working. I cant stand people who dont wash their hands and have a bad attitude when they are making your food. And the OWNER is a very nice lady as well.

I used to eat at this Subway at least once a week, it was my favorite Subway in the area. But I have noticed recently that they have really gone quite sparse with the meat on the sandwiches. I ate there just a few days ago and there was so little meat on my sandwich that I actually began to question whether I had ordered some sort of veggie only sandwich. While the sandwich was overflowing with lettuce, there was only one, very thin layer of meat on the sandwich. My suggestion is to take the short walk to the Raleys Supermarket and get a sandwich there, it may not be a $ 5 foot long but when you look at the amount of meat they use at Raleys the slight additional cost is well worth the money.

Nothing special about this Subway. People are nice overall. What ticked me off though, was the fact the lady closed up shop at 8:40PM. I tried to open the door, but it was locked and the lady inside just looked at me and mouthed the words«we’re closed.» Surprised, I looked at the door for their location hours and it clearly said that they closed at 9:30PM on Saturdays. Though I was frustrated, I didn’t bother calling her to the door and asking her what was up with closing early.

I have been to this Subway location about 5 or 6 times, with nothing to complain about until my trip last week. I placed my order with the lady behind the counter for a new Club Sandwich with Avocado. She rang me up before making my sandwich. The problem came when I said I wanted avocado on the sandwich. «We charge extra for avocado,» she said. I had to remind her that I ordered the«Club with Avocado,» this was a sandwich that is advertised with the avocado, or else it would just be a Club sandwich. After a minute of arguing with her, she conceded and said, «fine.» It was rude that she made a mistake and then argued with me about the sandwich. She wasn’t even looking at me when I placed my order, which could have been part of the problem. Overall she was an friendly staff member with poor customer service. Definitely made my trip unpleasant.

Really nice people working at this Subway. The lunch rush line moved very quickly. I also really like the music they play there(KLOVE). Such an inspiring way to get through the day!

Its one of the better Subways I’ve been too. Typical Subway store, but they always treat me good…

I’m a believer of second chances, a believer that people can change. Why? Well, we should because we’ve either been there or one day we will be on the other end hoping people will believe the same. ANYWAY, this is Unilocal.not life lesson time… I’ve been to this location 3 times since my initial review just because it is literally minutes away from my home and I kinda don’t feel like cooking much lately… but even at peak hours, I’ve seen the guys just really pick up the pace, say«thanks for waiting» or «sorry for the wait, how can i help you?» you know, for me. that’s all it takes. acknowledging that you’re falling behind while working hard is what customers want to see. sandwiches are standard as they are across Subways but I’ve actually found that they give a little MORE veggies than other places which is a plus. I’ve been to places that gave lettuce like it was the great depression… well, not this place. If you guys ever read this, keep up the good work!

The food is similiar to any subway which would give it a 4 star for me but the service in this location is horrendous. I came here with my 12 month old daughter after her gymboree class and wanted to get a cup of water with a lid. They wanted to charge me the price of a soda. Needless to say I have not been back.
