Would not reccomend this place. I ordered a veggie burger meal with no meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce, or bun. I also ordered my Fingerchips with no potato and no salt, and large coke with no carbonation. When i recieved my recipt that i threw away without looking what number i was, i waited in the long line to pick up my food. After several people got there food i was next. I looked in the bag only to find i was given a normal meal with a hamburger, fries, and coke. The lady at the front said, «We dont sell veggie burgers.» I was so furious! Customer service doesnt exist here. Will never take my business here again.

They can never get my order correct, whether it is placing the order or making the food. I said three times I wanted two meals, but they only charge me for one. I say no mayo but they still slap on the mayo. Why should I come here if they always give me something different than I ordered? Do they even listen to me? Is there a language barrier?

Rude employees. That cashier Tamara or whatever her name is needs to be evaluated and trained again. I work at a fast food restaurant as well and our employees are nowhere as rude as this girl was. I know costumer service and this girl is rude and uninterested. Yeah we get it that working Sunday night shifts suck but don’t roll your eyes at costumer because you aren’t eligible for any other job. The rest of the staff wasn’t so bad, they’re just slow. By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

Free wifi, while the kids munch. Very little seating, no drink refills because the fountain is behind the counter. Allergy Boy loves his ketchup, so thank goodness they have a little ketchup fountain thingy.

No, I do not want to put jalapeños on my meal for 50 cents. Ok McD’s fix for my lunch break during a gig at Pleasanton Mall. Pros + Fast service at 2P on a Sunday Cons — Really limited seating shared between Panda Ex and Subway’s — The new double ranch jalapeño cheddar is mediocre at most, and a lot smaller than the ads suggest. — No free refills

Compared to my local McDonalds, this was an absolute downer. Had the Big Mac. No taste in the meat whatsoever. Just felt bland. Very disappointing.

Will not be coming back here. Yes the place was busy, but I didn’t understand why it was taking them so long to make a damn cheese burger. Waited for about 10min, I kept hearing them call out other numbers after mine, the guy said mine should be next, still nothing, finally asked for a refund after waiting for 15min. No apology or anything. Workers just look very unhappy there!

This location is fairly small and wasn’t as clean as it could have been, but it was still better than some places I’ve been. I wouldn’t plan on eating in because the size. Food was fine.

This McDonald’s has slow service — and why do the females in the back preparing food not have their long hair up tied up? My son also spilled some water, and since they do not have napkins out I asked one of their employees nicely if he could either help clean it up or find my napkins to clean it up myself. I got an eye roll(which I’m sure he didn’t intend for me to see, but I did). I don’t normally dine at McDonald’s, and this location does not help my opinion of them. Good thing the mall has plenty of dining options because I won’t be coming back here.

Service was so bad I had to write a review; and for a McDonalds, wow. We literally waited about 15 minutes for our order– no exaggeration. When we finally got the order there were no napkins in the bag. During the time waiting I witnessed one customer come back b/c of incorrect order. Another man walked in from outside the mall(assuming he was already at his car) and asked for napkins. I observed the workers, two young guys, basically working in slow-mo. It seemed that the were calling numbers way out of order. Chicken nuggets looked way overcooked or old. My sandwich was barely hot. Wonder if it was made and ready but they weren’t getting it together in the bag fast enough… explains the 15 min wait! Worst McDonalds experience ever! NEVER again!

Good service and awesome cashier work by Angelo! I was able to order and pay for my food quickly! The chicken nuggets weren’t so great though!

I am sorry but is the cashier on drugs??? There is no way she wasnt. The name tag i believe said Raqel or Rachel. She couldnt stop shaking and figgiting. Her voice was shakya as well. She didn’t know what she was doing then she forgot to add part of my order. Seriously. What the heck. But my chicken nuggets were dang good.

Can’t believe I’m writing a review for McD’s. Let alone the location @ Stoneridge Mall. whatever… It was my friend’s last day locally before she moved out of state for school. s… we’re chilling at the mall and decide to get french fries(classic for McD’s right?) and soda ‘n sweet tea here. My sweet tea wasn’t as sugarfied as they usually are for the jumbo special of $ 1. but… whatever. The complaint here is that, along with everyone else talking down about the seating which I concur with… it was the french fries! Non-salty for one(c’mon. it’s the only reason I get fries here. for that salty goodness) and crunchy, burned almost… flavorless… disgusting… just a pile of potato-sh*t. I will NOT be going back here for a «Happy» meal.

I am officially boycotting this McDonalds after ordering a soda, waiting for it and then watching this lady make a snack wrap, wipe a disgusting amount of sweat off her forehead and then continue making the snack wrap. This is not the type of special sauce I want encompassing my food. No thank you. I will be rebuilding my mcdonald’s barbie and my little pony collection elsewhere.

First of all, I didn’t even know this place existed till two weeks ago. It was my first time coming here. The place is small and the workers are not very customer service oriented. All they do is take you number and push you to the side. The people are just plain rude. It’s MacDonald food, and we all know how that taste, so I am not going to go too much into detail about that. I do however, have one complaint about the McRibb sandwich. It’s all a scam! There’s no rib inside the mcribb, it’s just a circular patty smushed into the a wavy shape patty that resemble a piece of real meat. But its just another piece of MacDonald patty!(plus BBQ sauce). As I’ve mentioned, the place is extremely small, so there’s really no room for seating. Everyone ends up sitting outside in the middle of the hallway. Not the most comfortable location to be. I like MacDonald on occasion, but I will avoid this one. Mall food is not great, but you can certainly do better than this.

The McDonald’s chronicles. I too am guilty of visiting this McDonald’s. Ever hear the theory that fast food restaurants purposely plant uncomfortable, sticky plastic furniture in order to get you out as soon as possible? This McDonald’s wrote that text book. In more of a criticism of Stoneridge Mall, they’re really not as much options to eat as found in many other malls of America. There is no food court, just food areas. I come here because a) I don’t want to spend much money, b) I don’t trust that place next door, c) my daughter wants a happy meal. I end up paying a little more than I would because of the convenience premium, like what you find at airports. But the food doesn’t taste all that good. Shouldn’t they ALL taste alike? The answer is no. How can I enjoy my food when I have to keep my balance while chewing food? I have to alternate between both sides of my mouth so I won’t lean over and hit the floor from those monstrosity stools. Why did they pick a place so small for a trademark restaurant so large? Food is an important experience when visiting shopping malls. However, you can belittle such feelings by visiting here.

Do NOT, I repeat, DONOT sit your toddler on one of the chairs right outside this McDonald’s. My son fell through the gap in the back of the chair and landed on the back of his head. They don’t have any seating that is appropriate for kids under the age of 4. I went in to complain to the manager and she claimed that the mall was responsible for the chairs, but that McDonald’s bought them. In other words, she was not going to take the blame for my son’s accident. One could only guess that this happens MANY times here! Seriously, who the hell decides that at a McDonalds in the mall, there should be no seating appropriate for small children? I am dumbfounded. Good thing my son is fine from the fall, but it sure did shake everyone up. The manager tried to shove a cookie in his face to make him happy, but he wasn’t having any of that. So, parents: you have been warned.
