Our office needed a new copier, so I started my research and ended up reviewing 5 or 6 proposals from various vendors. Such a tedious project. Just as I was about to make a decision, Carlos from Caltronics came through the door. I handed him the file of proposals and said, «Beat these offers; I’m tired of dealing with this.» So he made me an offer I couldn’t refuse, and WOW, I couldn’t be happier. I was at my wits end and Carlos saved the day. We love the copier and the service doesn’t get any better than this. We put in a call, and the response was exactly what we expected. Perfect. The entire process went seamlessly and quickly. This is an awesome company and I highly recommend them — to EVERYONE who needs a new copier. Very happy customer!!!
