The store has gone out of business.

Beautiful, high quality dresses. At a cost, true, but most are worth it. The manager (I didn’t get her name unfortunately) was very kind and helpful toward my mom when she was shopping for a mother-​of-​the-​bride dress here. We really appreciated her friendly assistance. This has been my mom’s go-​to place for finding a special occasion dress for several years.

This store is the store I shop at first when looking for work/​dress clothes and fun clothes that always have the polished fashion edge I like: clothes with rivets; leather etc. They have great customer sales associates that are always available and bring other clothes to you that might serve your taste once you express what your likes and dislikes are — and they have always been on task with me — and more than once they have brought me pieces I would never think to try on and they look great! They have great coupons and discounts as well. I am especially fond of their jeans and dress trousers as they have the long inseams which is difficult to find.
I also like the fact — if I am on-​line I see a top I like — I can call this store to see if they have it and they will hold it for me so I can try it on and/​or make a purchase. The store is awesome and I love shopping there.

This is obviously not a store that I regularly shop at… I did however buy a dress here thinking that it looked good on me. It stayed in the bag (tags still attached) for nearly two weeks, and when I decided to return it– it was a hassle free experience. I was asked if there was anything wrong with it «No, just changed my mind» and in less than two minutes we were done.
My tip for returns is go in later, during the week, like a half hour before closing time. they’ll do anything to get you in & out.

We purchased a dress for my daughter and had to have the dress of her size shipped to her dorms, as it was not available in this store. Well, the dress arrived and turned out to be too large, so my daughter sent it back to me so I can return it at the store. The dress was in a bag for a while (about 2 weeks), until I could find the time to go Pleasanton again, so it was a little bit wrinkled, and somehow a tiny stain had made its way on it, but it had all the tags still on, and I had the receipt. To my complete shock, the associate there decided the dress had been worn, and she said she refuses to take it back ! I have never been insulted this way before ! I assured her the dress had not been worn, but the associate just put the dress back in a bag, left it on the counter, turned her back and went on to help someone else in the store. I knew the store’s return policy, and they make it clear the items have to be unworn, and I expected to get a store credit versus a refund, which I was Ok with, but this woman assumed I was a liar and dishonest which is in my opinion an unacceptable way to treat a client.
I will never, ever set foot in any of their stores again.
