Just walked in. Smelled like rancid farts. Asked about hair treatment and as the blonde girl flipped through and pointed at a price point of $ 15-$ 25 but said she’d charge me more. What a dump.

I went in this Saturday morning for a cut. I forgot to make an appointment at my normal barber, and today was my only day to get a hair cut. Upon arriving, all the stylists chairs were in use. A good sign to me. At 9:30 am, no one else was waiting in queue. I was promptly greeted by every stylist when I walked in, and was offered a seat. I didn’t catch her name, but a middle age Asian American woman was my stylist. She did a great job. I usually don’t expect much from these chain salons. I realize you get what you pay for. She initially didn’t understand what kind of cut I was asking for. But after showing her a few pictures and telling her my thoughts, we were off. She was very meticulous and took her time. Making sure all was perfect. At the end she offered to style it or allow me to do it myself. I took her up on styling myself, since she didn’t totally understand my style. All in all, I would totally come back here again, if I couldn’t get in to my normal barber. I will update this review if I can get the stylists name.

I needed a hair cut on my lunch break so I wasn’t able to visit my usual place. The location is nice and in a nice shopping center. There was a nearly 30 minute wait which is why I rarely use this location. The stylist Yong was very thorough with my simple haircut.

I’ve always gone to the hipster salons when I was young and had a full head of hair. I’ve been going to supercuts in the past 2 years. Roey and Tanya are great! I also save about $ 50 bucks each hair cut! Call me cheap, what the hell do I care? More money to spend on dining out!

So I have been to this salon several times since moving to the area and it has been my go to. I even got my hair cut here for my wedding. The lower rating isn’t due to the quality of the work. I’m mostly always satisfied with the cut, and the ladies here are always nice and friendly. The reason I’m not that thrilled is today is the third day this week I’ve tried to come in to get my haircut. The first time was my fault. I didn’t make an appointment and just got tired of waiting. Nothing on them. However the next day I had to run some errands and then head to work, and since this salon is on my way to work I figured I could just go online and set aside a time. So I went online and made an appointment for 130. When I arrived at the salon there were quite a few people waiting so I was glad I had an appointment. Wouldn’t you know it they have no record of any sort that I made my appointment, even though I double checked the address and received a confirmation that my appointment was set. Needless to say I couldn’t stay and wait as I had to be at work, and here I am for the third time. Aside from that experience, I’d say that the only other thing that I don’t particularly care for here is the price. $ 19.00 for a basic haircut seems very extreme. Will most likely search out a more economical salon in the future.

I phoned ahead – 30 minutes later I arrived… Danielle took me almost immediately, and listened carefully when I explained what I wanted in a cut. 30 minutes later, I had a great style and was on my way! Thanks Dani, see you again soon!

I go to Rohei for my haircuts. I’ve been to fancy places, get $ 150+ haircuts but I still don’t get compliments like I do when Rohei cuts my hair! I get stopped all the time from ladies complimenting on my layers. They get shocked when I told them it’s just at a local supercuts that I went to when I was desperate one day. Love Rohei, she knows how to layer an Asian.

Stephanie rocks! She knows color that enhances beauty, cuts that flatter and styles that are contemporary and stunning. Plus, she is a joy to spend any amount of time with… highly recommend this SuperCuts and Stephanie!

Called ahead for walk in appt and told there was about 30 – 45 min wait on a sat afternoon. Got there in 15 min and waited for maybe 10. They had many stylists working that day I had Molly who was very pleasant and did a fine job with my haircut. I had just been sun burnt the day before and she was gentle. I’m a guy with what I would consider a normal non difficult cut. Overall very pleased with how the cut turned out

Not a fan of the prices but I AM a fan of the ladies who work here, most especially Rahei(/rō’hi/)! She’s young, she’s hip, and she totally knows how to rock them shears! Absolute pleasure to talk with and despite her youth, she has MANY years of experience under her belt, like ten as of now. That’s a fifth-grader right there. The place is pretty small but clean. As a spur-of-the-moment kind of gal, I’ve never made an appointment yet I’ve never experienced a ridiculous wait time despite the consistent flow of customers. I’ve also never been the type to have a go-to salon/hairdresser but I trust this Supercuts and know my hair will always be safe here.

They take an online check-in, tell you there’s a 0 minute wait. When you arrive 5 minutes later, they tell you there’s a 20 minute wait. Hmmmmmm

I absolutely adore Rohi’s work! You need to call ahead of time to book and appointment with her. She really listens to what you want and gives her own helpful inputs. Rohi is also extremely sweet :) it’s always a pleasure talking to her! She’s young too so she understands the«in» style and looks! Overall, supercuts is a good place for a quick cut. A haircut cost $ 19! The prices raised because it was $ 17 before… The place Is clean and there’s about 5 open chairs, so the wait time isn’t too bad because there’s always workers.

I went in the morning(I called earlier to put my name in) and it wasn’t busy. I got an amazing layered cut with side swept bangs from a picture that I showed Alex(awesome stylist!) prior to sitting down. She made sure to check in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy and made suggestions that applied better to my face shape and hair type. Definitely going back to see her! She got a wicked sense of style herself! Thanks again to giving life to my boring, straight, bleh hair. =)

The day before Christmas Eve it was a little busy, but the service was excellent, and the stylist even recommended some new products. I highly recommend this location. Pleasant Hill, Ca on Cresent Blvd.

I’ve spent years and years trying to find a good, local salon to cut my hair and style my ‘do, but little did I know I could have always counted on Supercuts. I had walked in on a Friday night and business seemed kind of slow. Luckily the lady at the front said they’ve plenty of time and could fix me up with one of the girls. I waited for only about 5 minutes and Tanya came out to do my hair. I’ve tried to get A-Line Bobs at various places only to be disappointed, but Tanya knew what would look cute on my hair, since I didn’t exactly want something too drastic but I still wanted to go back to my short hair. $ 19 for a quick layered cut from long to short, and she was extra attentive to make sure what I had was what I loved – no regrets here! Young and polite women who know how to do hair and some small chat – I think I’ll be coming back here from now on.

I called at 2 pm to see if I could put my name down to get my hair colored, the receptionist put me on hold and when she got back on she said she could put my name down for 4:30 pm. No big deal, I didn’t have anything else planned. I showed up at 4:20 pm, the stylist that was going to work on my hair was still working on a client, I didn’t sit down in a stylist’s chair until 5 pm. The stylist who worked on my hair was named Lindsey. As soon as I explained to her what I wanted she started right away. I wanted my hair dyed with an all over color that matched my roots as closely as possible, I also wanted to have my hair thinned out. Lindsey was absolutely wonderful. Throughout the whole process she explained to me what she was going to be doing, step by step. At one point the receptionist brought me a water which was nice. Even though the salon closes at 7 pm on Saturdays, Lindsey continued working on me past closing time. It wasn’t until 8 pm that I was able to pay and go home. Even though I initially had to wait a good amount of time to be seated, and ended up spending most of my night here, I am thrilled with the outcome. Lindsey was able to get my hair so close to the root color. The end result was truly worth the wait. Thanks Lindsey!

Strange that a cheapo spot like Supercuts would get a 5-star review, but my experience was surprisingly great! Stephanie did an awesome job listening to what I wanted, asking appropriate questions ro ensure clarity & quality, offering her expert advice, and ultimately doing what ME, MYSELF, & I wanted… even though it wasn’t exactly what she had advised. That’s the epitome if professionalism!!! I’ll be back in 4 — 6 weeks for a trim /clean up.
