Doctor Ally treated me. She has all time to listen to your queries and answers them convincingly. The therapists here are so caring and treat you with full respect and with smile on their faces.

If one has to have cancer, this is a relaxing place to be treated. I’ve been coming for over 3 years for treatments, scans, blood draws, visits with the oncologist, etc. and rarely have to wait any significant amount of time. My up-​to-​date oncologist is always telling me about the latest relevant studies. Employees are calm and respectful. Parking is easy and close. What a change from hectic UCSF!

My mother had chemo at Epic. She is 88 and they made every accomodation for her comfort. I’ve spent many hours there and in spite of the reason, they have all been pleasant. Every person who works there is kind, caring and professional.
Appointments are one time, they know your name when you walk in,
the insurance staff is very knowledgeable, they even helped with authorizations for the other specialists. They give you a binder when chemo starts with all the information you’ll need, a place to keep track of lab work, symptoms, etc. Very well organized.
This is the best run medical office I’ve ever been to – they even answer the phone :)
no «press 1 for this, 2 for that». Dr Ganey is the most compassionate doctor I’ve met, always returns calls, never in a rush and not afraid to hug my Mom when she needed it.
We still go for Mom’s check ups and hope we are done using their chemo services, but I would never go anywhere else if I needed treatment.

The people that work here are compassionate and kind. They bend over backwards to make the patients comfortable while they are receiving their treatments. They understand what patients may be experiencing and offer many suggestions to help them through the trials of cancer treatment. If you have to get chemo or radiation, I would highly recommend Epic Care.

Dr. Ganey is the one of my two favorite doctors. He treats you with respect, and I truely believe he also listens to you and is a partner in your healthcare.
