Starbucks

I really like this Starbucks. It’s conveniently located. Friendly staff with great service. And a very clean environment. Be mindful that it can be a long wait due to lots of customers/​great service.

I’ve actually been here multiple times. This is the Starbucks by my job just never checked in since I’ll always be in a rush on break. This Starbucks is never packed when I come. I go right in and out and service is wonderful. My coffee is always just right.
Today had the chance to eat in. Ordered their turkey pesto it was bland in flavor I didn’t taste the pesto at all. Just the red peppers and thought to myself this is probably why they added the peppers to give it some flavor. Don’t waste your money try something else. Also it’s not a good combination with skinny vanilla iced coffee.

This Starbucks rocks. The staff are all very friendly and know most customers by name. Lately I order via the app, and let me tell you it’s always ready for me and perfect! The place is clean, and it recently got a little work done to it. Keep up the great work guys, I enjoy giving you a large chunk of my small paycheck :)

Stopped by this Starbucks location on my way to work. The baristas worked very fast and were pleasant. I ordered a soy pumpkin spice latte, which was great. If I’m in the area, I’ll be coming here again :)

I wondered if I was invisible while waiting to place my order at this Starbucks yesterday. Was there late morning on a weekday, so the place was practically empty. No one in line, but one man was waiting for his coffee to be made. I stood at the register more than 4 minutes without even being acknowledged by any of the 6, yes 6, employees behind the counter. Two or three were working the drive through for the 1 car that drove through. It seemed the store might have been in a shift change, maybe, but it was still completely pathetic. One employee even stood next to me at one point to get a sandwich from the case for the drive through customer. Not even a glance was thrown my way.
Finally, a new employee came from the back and started typing into the register. I figured she was just coming on shift. She finally looked up and asked if I had been helped. Nope. And still no one else noticed.
Got my iced coffee and pumpkin scone in a jiffy then. Sat outside and enjoyed both. It was a beautiful day. No garbage can outside to throw your trash in. Ugh.
I’m sure I’ll go back to this Starbucks because it is close to my house, and I love pumpkin scones. However, I absolutely will go to Dunkin Donuts first just for coffee. They know how to get customers in, treat them well, and serve them quickly with a good quality product.

I used to think this Starbucks is one of the best in the area. Not anymore. Both drive-​thru and inside. They have quite a new people working there so it can be a reason. Messing up the order few times already.
Today I was in the line for 17 mts to get a coffee. And I asked for a ice coffee and I got an frap which is fine. But the fact remains that they messed up the order. And the inside is no longer clean. I hope they get back to how they were.
Again, differences between Starbucks and any other business is that we will still go there no matter how bad it was last time. So I will be there tomorrow for my morning cup of coffee and look back and read this again. Happy hunting

Thug like rap music played with thugs in suits rapping away thinking this is a ghetto community for that trash to be played. Utterly disgusting and low class. Absolutely gross

The absolute slowest Starbucks drive through. Doesn’t matter the time of day.

Most of the time the drive thru is really busy and moves at snail speed. Not any better or faster when you go inside. On another note, it shouldn’t take a person five minutes to order a coffee because of all the modifications to it. There’s more important things in life. Drink your caffeine and move along…

Great drive-​thru Starbucks location right on the corner of Sunrise and Pine Island. The drive thru gets backed up sometimes, and in those cases you can go inside and get you stuff quicker than if you’d waited in line. The drive thru moves quickly and effetely though, and the workers at the window are friendly for the most part.

⁴⁄₅ stars based on the seating area. It is not equipped to handle study groups as there in no large table. This location does have a local coffee shop feel which is always a plus for a large chain. There is an assortment of small tables along one wall and a long bar style section on another. I would not recommend this spot for gatherings of over 3 people.
On a plus side, there is a drive thru for quick morning commuters, but the line is pretty lengthy after 7’ish. The staff is friendly and pretty quick when getting a drink to the bar.

Typical Starbucks but in a great location. The employees are very sweet and pay attention to detail which is important with coffee.

This Starbucks has made so much money off of me just because they have a drive thru. It is so convenient that I come here at least 3 times a week. The line usually goes pretty fast. I’d say the max I have ever had to wait is 5 minutes, which is rare. My order has always been correct. One thing that irks me is that I always have to ask for a receipt when I pay with my gold card. With treat receipt going on, every customer should get one no matter how they pay and should be informed of the promotion, afterall it is more business for them. Overall, training could be improved a little. I want the first face I see each morning to be a friendly one. «Thank you» and «Have a nice day» would be much appreciated.

Went through drive thru, it was very busy. I was ok waiting a while to get my drink. Being a previous Starbucks Barista I understand it gets busy and stressful. However, that NEVER gives you the barista the right to be rude. Good coffee, customer service needs help!

Very nicely kept establishment with very friendly staff. The service was quick and smooth. The money transaction went smooth as well. And then getting my coffee was a smooth and quick transaction again. And they were pretty busy when I went. I like this Starbucks and will return.

Not laptop friendly. No WiFi, no power outlets. I’d rather go to the newer locations that are tech friendly.

Its a Starbucks, its always good!

«Where everybody knows your name.» There’s one barista here that early on made a point of knowing my name. I’m not if should be horrified (isn’t that a lot of coffee?!), flattered, honored, or worried (he’s not a stalker is he?!). No, but all kidding aside, it does seem like a stable predictable environment which you don’t always find in the business. The only downside is they are popular!!! Don’t expect a quick trip through the drive through on a weekday!

I love starbucks. I love the coffee, I love most of the stores but this one is a small dingy crowded location… There is very limited outdoor seating and its usually dirty and has a lot of smokers… there is not much seating inside too… I think its a South Florida thing… I ididnt find a decent starbucks location around here.
