I come here every morning for coffee and sometimes breakfast. friendly staff and quick service

This DD gets 2 stars because of location, but i will now drive the extra 4 miles to be greeted by people that look like they want to work. Service is horrible, from the manager down, I can’t imagine working in an environment with this many unhappy people. No matter what time of day you go, they treat you like if you are bothering them.
I will bother them no more! Taking my business elsewhere :)

My morning Dunkin… I love you so much!
For a few months now I have been visiting this location several times a week, very early in the morning. The Drive-​thru is so awesome. Service has always been so great as well. Nice to know you drive up a friendly staff member takes your order, you pull right up, pay with your phone app. Oh how much I adore not having to pull out cash, they scan my preloaded card on the Dunkin app and you are done. Super easy, very convenient and they send me special deals all the time thru the app.
They offer bonus points, specials on donuts, breakfast items and of course coffee. They make my coffee as per my order every single time. Dealing with putting your own cream and sugar in your coffee while being in a car is a nightmare for me. Here they put it in, stir and you are all set.
Now let’s talk about their delicious coffee. It is smooth, creamy, not bitter like so many other coffee shops. For me it is the perfect cup of coffee and that is all that matters. My pure happiness is getting my much needed dunkin donuts coffee early in the morning. Oh and can we talk about how reasonable their prices are. Not going to mention a huge competitor what they charge for a lousy cup of coffee that will burn a hole in your chest.
Between their coffee, donuts, oh wait not that I eat them often but once in a great moon I will grab a French Crueller. I know many people love Krispy Kreme, yuk it is just not for me but yes Dunkin… Donuts are the bomb!
Their food options for breakfast are good and oh just do not pass on grabbing a cup of their delicious coffee. Thank you for having so many in Broward, while in Dade I so missed you. See ya soon, my love!

Staff is very friendly but their donuts and specially bagels are not fresh at all. I’ve tried three times and each time I’ve got old bagel.

I’m really not sure why this location has gotten such bad reviews. The staff is always very friendly towards me and they always remember my order! This is one of the better dunkin donuts I have been to.

This place is not what it used to be. Lady taking my order was more interested in chewing gum than taking my order. Someone else just put my coffee down without even letting me know it was mine or thanking me. They really need some new quality people like they used to have.

not as clean as it used to be, service is slow. one of the crew filled a sauce bottle and it spilled over. he just left it that way and left the mess on the counter and walked away

I would ask that ALL Broward residence not frequent this establishment. They pledged support of the Nova High School titan card. This card is good until September 30, 2013. This establishment did honor the card until just recently when my wife went there to use it and they claimed they no longer honor the card. Please let us use the power we consumers have and boycott this establishment to teach them to honor their word.

You would think the person who takes drive thru orders at noon would know how to do their job a bit better.
I was asked three times: «with cream and sugar?» and three, not 1, not 2 — Yes 3… times I said: no sugar, no cream. The conundrum here is that I still got served a pumpkin flavored coffee with CREAM & SUGAR!!! The things the stinks the most about this, is that I didn’t check when I was in my car (I usually do) and waited until I was home for it.
Somebody must definitively have their work priorities absolutely not straight here. What is simpler than asking for black coffee and you get c&s.
Now that I wrote this review, I will get in my car and drive personally over there just to make a point and get my coffee right!

They messed up my order multiple times. Even when I’ve said, NO CHEESE, I AM ALLERGIC! They still give me cheese. Not sure how competent the workers are there. I’ve gone several times only because I have to.

Unless you are extremely desperate, I would avoid this Dunkin Donuts at all costs. Even if you are suffering from the most dire caffeine withdrawals of your life, I’d still recommend going to the McDonald’s in the same plaza for a cup. This location hasn’t been open very long (a few months, tops), and it seems like they hired all young people who potentially have never even drank a cup of coffee in their life, for how poorly they make it.
This location is really close to my house, so I was praying that I could find some redeeming quality. After experiencing the horror of their coffee, I decided to try a coolata on my next visit, since I figured they couldn’t possibly mess that up – I was wrong. To this day, I’m still not certain how they did it. They never messed up anything as far as food goes during my two or three ill-​fated visits, which is the only reason they got 2 stars.
