Zaxby’s

I love Zaxbys but PLANT CITY zaxbys is so so so SLOW the intercom sucks I have to shout my order everytime! Fix the intercom and the service! Speed it up!

I must preface this review by saying that after multiple trips to this location, I wish Unilocal had a ‘zero-​star’ rating. One star is far too much for this establishment. My most recent, and ultimately final trip to the Plant City Zaxby’s, resulted in an absolutely dismal and disgusting degree of customer service and lack of ‘with-​it-​ness’ from the kitchen staff.
I ate in the dining room with two other people, one of which who is 76 years old. We ordered two ‘Black and Blue’ salads and 5 mild wings. The problems began after we received our meals.
One of the salads had the wrong dressing and the wings were not mild. The amount of ‘wetness’ and visible pepper, as well intense flavoring indicated an incorrect saucing. When I approached the service counter to inform them of this error, I was not offered any assistance.
The staff was anything but competent or helpful. One crew member was talking to her assumed-​to-​be boyfriend, who had walked in from outside. Not one time did the crew member ask if I needed help. Clearly I needed help, as I was 3 feet away from the counter looking directly at the crew members. Of which several looked directly back at me. And while a couple crew members were helping other patrons, the closest one (the one talking to her boyfriend), failed to address my needs. This is uncalled for.
After waiting for several more minutes, I gave up and went back to my seat. We wiped off the wing’s sauce, ate our salads, and immediately left.
I have heard that the service here is spotty at best; however, after this recent trip, ‘spotty’ is not accurate of how my party and I were treated: rude and incompetent are better words for describing this place.
Never again.

Love the food but this store SLOW and they need to fix the intercom. Had to shout my order. Been sitting in line for 15 minutes now a pretty sure my order will be wrong. He wouldn’t repeat it back to me. Yep its wrong lol

I really want to like plant city zaxbys, but it’s really difficult when you wait for more than 25 min (inside or out), you have to give your order at the drive through speaker then again at the window and it’s still wrong. every business has some off days, but it seems like it’s any and every time I’ve been there within the last year. It only seems to get worse. I love the food, but hate to deal with all the problems that don’t seem to get better. Hopefully it will get better or we get a chic-​fil-​a.

2^nd fav fast food place! Always get the orders right. Zac sauce so Yum!
