Love this place! I’ve been going to Krystal for the better part of 30 years. Cheese Krystal’s are amazing, and the chiks are great too. The staff is friendly. They ensure if there’s a coupon deal they let you know. The facility is pretty clean. Every now and then the carpet can look a little scuzzy. Plenty of parking, good drive thru service, and easy to get in and out of.

Stopped here for lunch. Big mistake. Horrible soggy fries which were barley cooked. Long wait times. Avoid and find somewhere else.

They have a very clever menu model. They only show options for combos on the drive thru menu. This forces you to get a combo or have to ask for individual menu item prices. The prices are also high for what you get. Wendys or McDonald’s you have a dollar menu and at least prices for each item. At Krystal, you have no way to even know the price for one Krystal burger.
The food is always hot and fresh, the customer service about average. There are not many Krystal’s down in the Tampa area. They are all over Jacksonville area. They have a great breakfast menu.
