The fries scored well. At the top of our list. Unfortunately we got no attention from staff or management. Not like they were busy.

Pretty decent wings. Our order seemed to take a while to come out. Probably a good place to hit after going for the bar.

I can’t tell you how the food tastes but I can tell you how my experience went. I ordered 14 wings when it was empty and waited for 40 minutes. I watched 4 people get their orders and when I finally got fed up and asked about my food I found out they never even processed my order. So to reiterate, I ordered, paid, and waited for 40 minutes and they didn’t even have anything worth waiting for. Good times.

Five stars for great chicken and the world’s best ranch dressing. I will take away three stars for health violations.
One employee whom had just clocked in (He walked in with me) was having a hard time buttoning his shirt and getting it into his pants. A «friend» of one of the cooks was hanging out in a red long sleeve shirt on the food prep area hovering over yet to be seasoned food. Disgusting!!!

This location is usually on point, but not recently. I ordered a regular French fries and they were soggy. It seems as if they were old & sitting out for a while or never thoroughly cooked to begin with. I’m disappointed in their service lately.

If I could put no stars I would have. 1^st they looked lost and like they didn’t know what they was doing. I was standing in line for 20mins and still didn’t move from my spot. If you know there is going to be busy give more people hours.

Too expensive! Fries are $ 3.39 and a squirt of ranch is $.89. It is too bad because the wings are really good but to be totally nickel-​and-​dimed to death is too much for me

This place is always great! The best wings in town. The staff are always friendly and the music in the dining area is awesome!!!

Don’t order from here they will get your order wrong and they won’t fix it unless u pay more. When I told them what I order they said that’s not what I said and that they had a recording so I told them to let me hear it and they couldn’t produce any recording how funny. They didn’t even put it under the right name sent my wife to get them her name is brandy they had it under the name Steve. Don’t even sound the same how did they get that wrong. And if u call up there to talk to a manager u will never get to talk to one they will just hang up on u. this place suck never going back.

I gave this place 1 star bc 0 star is not available. We like to try new wing places so today we picked Wing Stop! What an disappointing experience! We asked for extra crispy wings & fries. They came out with an extra soggy wing & fries. The mango habanero which suppose to be «hottttt» where in fact bland & a lil too sweet for my taste… Not spicy for sure! My hubby asked for parmesan and they were sooooooo bad!!! OMG… And the cajun wings were over salted… Fries have more sugar than salt and they are so thick that w/​4 fries you are done! Even though the service was good (they took forever to bring the food out and we were the ONLY two in the restaurant) …We will not visit this place EVER again!

Paced online order and got it on time. place was pretty crowded and the folks in the counter were good.

Will not be returning to Wing Stop. Do not use their on line ordering such as I did today. You will still wait 30 minutes at the store with terrible service and untrained employees who do not focus on customer service/​satisfaction.
I placed an order today on line for a pick up at 11:30am so I could beat the rush and get in/​out and get to the Cowboy Game by 12pm. You order online and pick a time expecting Wing Stop to have your order ready? They even advertise this on their website.

We arrived at 11:34am expecting to get in and out. We went to the counter telling the 1 out of 2 counter guys (only 2 guys on one of your busiest days of the year) with the phone ringing off the hook and 4 other people waiting in line?) that we placed an order online for pick up at 11:30am. We even showed him a print out of our order because it seemed like he had a 1000 meter stare and did not know what we were talking about? He said they were not ready. We asked why, we placed the order for our wings to be ready by 11:30am and told him we have to be somewhere at 12pm.
He said the orders that come in at the counter dictates when your order will be ready? Really? So we paid at 11:40am and sat in the lobby an sat, and waited and waited until 11:50am. My wife asked him why our wings were not ready. Again the counter guy tells her, «he, meaning the cook, will tell you when its ready». Really?
Finally at 11:55am, he hands us our wings, 25 minutes after the time they were suppose to be ready, not different than walking in an placing an order? The 2 guys working the counter were frustrated, understaffed and could not handle the volume of customers walking in and call ins as the phone was ringing off the hook.
Wing Stop Management. Properly plan your labor based of the anticipated volume you know you are going to do with the Cowboy Playoff Game. This is why there were so many unhappy customers besides ourselves today just in the 25 minutes we were waiting for our wings. Don’t provide the online services if you cannot deliver the service of your brand. You have lost a customer and I’m sure many more because of your poor service of not delivering the wings on time and your poor service by your employees who need training on customer service. We will be going back to Hooters and getting our wings. They always have our order ready ON TIME, with a smile, great service and hospitality (how you make the customer feel). This is how you retain customers and make them loyal to your restaurant.

Would not be back. This place is nasty. I will be visiting any other wing place but this in the future!

Terrible service. First said 45−1hr then when rooting a package deal they change to an hour and 30min wait. Then when asking for a supervisor the employee hangs up. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Mediocre wings

Yet again such good service. All the fellas behind counter were nice and paid enough attention to know who I was when I returned after 15 min to pick up order. And it is a friday night with a good amount of business. My order was correct and portions were fair.
Can’t ask for more! Really like this place:)

This has gotta be the slowest Wing-​Stop i’ve ever been too.
UPDATE: 5÷2÷15 Have not seen any women cooks last few times I’ve been, and the speed of the orders has risen dramatically. way better.

I am VERY Disappointed in these guys!
I ordered 8 wings and they were so tiny I barely got an entire bite from any of them! My wife ordered chicken fingers and they were HALF the size they’ve always been!
If I ordered 8 wings at Hooters I would be completely stuffed… but after this meal I was still hungry! I’ve been going to Wing Stop for years and this was my LAST visit.
Wing Stop is obviously more interested in charging the same amount of money for LESS food (seems to be a trend these days). I feel bad for the poor guys who bust their butt working here as they probably won’t have a job much longer if this keeps going on.
If Troy Aikman is still on the board of directors at Wing Stop I hope he is not responsible for what is going on, and if he is he should be embarrassed and ashamed!

This Wing Stop is always fast and efficient! The staff is friendly and very patient with customers who take forever to decide what they want.
Sometimes the boneless wings become super small nuggets but overall are very good. Fries are always fresh!
Haven’t tried a flavor I didn’t like.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cleanliness. There’s usually a few dirty tables and straw wrappers cluttering the beverage counter.

It’s a chain right? Yes. So why have I become a regular of this place? The service. The counter folks are friendly and accurate.
The quality of the wings has never faltered. Hot and fresh, always.
The only negative of this place is that they get the putrid Lake Lavon water. So at some point in the summer you will be drinking pond water. This stuff is so nasty soda syrups cannot even mask it.
So order beers if you are eating in from April to Augustish. If you are under 21 or a member of AA disregard the previous paragraph. Nothing is wrong with their water.
By the way I am the duke of this hizzy, so get on your knees!
