This Pizza Hut is the worst store I have ever ordered from. The manager L**gi is a complete a****le for one but I will get to my story explaining why. The reason for this review is basically explaining how this location messed up on multiple occasions. One order I placed forgot a topping and I called back explaining I didn’t receive all the toppings I ordered online and one of the representatives said that on my next order I would receive a $ 10 credit. When I called to place another order with this previous credit and requesting that I had a $ 10 credit I was told I did not have one. I called the customer service number explaining the situation and they mailed out a free pizza coupon. Here we go again… I call again to place an order using this coupon. The manager’s tone keep in mind is already very rude. He basically said I could not use this coupon and that I was a lier. He continues saying multiple rude remarks and I lose it going off on him. I called the customer service number again explaining what happened. After this happened I physically go to the store with my coupons in hand and am denied service. Save yourself from this location and go the extra mile. This typically wouldn’t be a big deal just for a pizza but for f**k sake what’s a dude got to do to get a pizza order correct these days? 0 star review if I could lol

I ordered pizza online with my address, and it direct my order to the store located at 6141 Windhaven Parkway #135, Plano, TX75093. Then map shows something wrong so I called to check, but this guy name«Luis» was not even close to friendly. He just said they don’t deliver to this area without explaining any understandable reason. How could Pizza hut treat customers like this? What’s the point of ordering online? How dare you train your staff to be rude to a customer. Does Pizza hut give franchisee to anyone who has enough money to invest? and you don’t check their background of personality? I want great service of pizza hut back like long time ago. Not like this.

Placed an order online tonight and got a confirmation that it would take 95 – 100 mins to be delivered. We decided to call to double check the time. When we did, a lady named Madonna answered the phone after a hold time of about 7 mins and actually said our order didn’t matter and they were so busy they were not even going to waste their time to deliver it. I asked to speak to the manager and had to hold another 5 mins before he got on the phone confirmed our order and time and was just as short, rude, and clearly uncaring as the previous employee I spoke with. I will NOT be wasting my time or money on this place again.

We ordered 2 pizzas one with supreme and the other half pepperoni and a veggie pizza with sriracha sauce instead of tomato sauce. Well the pizza came 20 min late and the veggie had tomato sauce which my coworker is allergic to tomato. So we called and got another one for free and it took 30 min and we only have a hour lunch!

Very good experiences here. I have been here for carry out a few times, and when I want a quick pizza, I will go here. Sure, they’ve had oopsies, just like everyone else. They not only fix it, they make it right by me, which is a HUGE plus to any company.

Unbelievably BAD customer service!!! I called after a pizza I’d ordered was delivered incorrectly made. The man I spoke too acted like it was my fault, told me it would be at least an hour for a new one(original one was received in a short amt. of time.), and that I had better not eaten half of it! Really? It felt like he was punishing me for their mistake… and NOAPOLOGY. Wow! This employee shouldn’t be working with people until he learns how to act. He is in a customer service industry with no idea about customer service.

If I could give it a zero I would. I have been sick and didn’t feel like driving anywhere so I call this location and the absolute rudest man answered the phone! I cannot believe a person that rude could work in an industry that deals with customers all day. I love Pizza Hut but I will never order from this location ever again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Pizza wrong both times. The second attempt was just 100% wrong. Delivery drivers were rude and mgr, Lugi, had a problem understanding anything I was saying. Now I remember why we don’t order from here.

The staff and managers are always so friendly. I usually interact with James, he’s a great manager and provides great customer service. This visit I met Luigi and he treated me like a long time customer. I always feel welcome when I’m there. My pizza is ALWAYS ready when I get there! I would go out of my way just to receive this service if the location was further away.

Friendly staff, consistent pizza, and their time estimates are accurate. I live nearby and always do carryout so I wouldn’t be able to say anything about delivery– my experience has always been great here. Keep it up guys.

I sometimes prefer my food takeout with pizza hut. delivery charges and tips suck. I used their mobile app(which needs a little work-check Chipotle’s if you wanna see how it’s done). This one was on my way home from work and it was 50 cent wing Wednesday! So what better way to celebrate hump day than with wings and beer! The food was ready as the promised time and the service was great. Most Pizza Huts are chaotic inside… not this one. Well organized, clean, with a friendly staff. My wings were spot on perfect! I don’t know why, but I love their wings! Cheers fellas!

This was you’re typical Pizza Hut! The delivery driver was friendly, and more than on-time. If you’re looking for a standard Pizza delivery place, This one is just as good as any!
