If there’s ever a problem they strive to fix it. I typically order the honey seared chicken.

This is way better than Panda Express! But DON’T waste your money on their sushi rolls which are, dare I say, worse then the grade you’d find at a Kroger(grocery store).

Pei Wei is delicious! This location always has great service and moves through their like very quickly. The online ordering is super easy and provides very accurate pick up times. Orders are correct and delicious every time!

Ate at this location last weekend. Ordering format has changed. Not a problem. I selected by protein/sauce, side, and an appetizer. The shrimp in sauce was very good, the noodles, though, a huge disappointment. There wasn’t enough sauce on the shrimp to stir in to the totally undressed noodles. Ugh. The California Crab Roll had good sticky rice, but the rest was totally tasteless. The manned Japanese department in Kroger Market is twice as good and enjoyable to eat. Other than the entrée, this visit was a waste of money. I missed the Revolution brand tea, too.

We came in on a Sunday evening to place a to go order and relax with a glass of wine while we waited. The woman taking our order mentioned she could not serve the wine because she was under age. Fair enough. But after waiting and watching the manager give his buddy a 50% discount we were sure we probably wouldn’t be served our glasses of wine. When our food arrived we mentioned we never received our glasses of wine. The same woman stared at us blankly and repeated she couldn’t serve it. Umm ok. How about a refund then? At that point the manager arrives and asks how everything was. I mentioned great if we could get a refund for two glasses of wine we never received. We received the refund, but I fail to under why it was such a painful process.

There is a difference in the quality of food you get between Pri Wei locations. This one is particularly good — I usually order the Kung Pao beef. It comes out hot, bursting with flavor, and with generous portions. I lived nearby for 5 years so I’ve seen consistency. The only problem with the location is out of their control — and it’s bad — it’s the parking. Not nearly enough. Not even close. An idiot designed the parking lot with so few spaces for that many businesses. If you go at peak time, prepare to wait like you’re visiting Stomebriar Mall on Christmas Eve. But if you can deal with that, it’s completely worth it.

Bustling on weekdays lunch time. I ordered the sesame Tofu wok stirfry. It looked nice but was truly the worst I had. Barely any flavor, just lots of sodium. Tried to make it better by adding chili sauce but that was no good.

Drive by this chain of restaurants all the time but never stopped in. Finally tried them. Terrible!!! The food was so bad we threw it away and ate elsewhere. The regular white rice wasn’t even edible, didn’t know you could mess up rice but they took it to a whole new level. Not sure if this is how the food is suppose to be or if the chief was having a bad day.

Why be open when you can be closed during business hours. I just flew in from out of town. This Pei Wei is right by my house. I drive there and the doors are already locked and their cleaning and mopping up. Sign on door clearly says they close at 10:00pm(that’s when you stop serving folks), yet they had the doors locked at 9:30pm. I pulled on the door and the employees inside just looked at me like I was some kind of a buffoon. Another person got out of their car and watched me pull on the door — and saw it was locked and they drove off. I’ve come in the late morning for lunch and they weren’t open when the business hours were clearly posted on the door. What the hell is wrong with this place? Do the owners/investors realize that the employees are not putting the correct orders in bags, closing the doors early, not getting to work on time?

EGGROLLS were bigger SUCKS that they made the pork egg rolls smaller but the price is the same. maybe I happened to come in on the day someone made them small. to expensive for 2 egg rolls($ 3.79) what I got should have been 0.75 cent each. Can’t afford Pei. Wei. everyday we come here once a month. the rest of the food was good. hopefully next time the egg rolls are the size it should be.

I went here just a few hours ago and left with disappointment. My mothers rice was gritty and my my chicken was undercooked. While eating not only did I have to spit out the chicken because I felt a nasty texture in my mouth that ended up being red chicken, but I found a hair in my rice. Such a disappointment. The manager offered a new preparation of the food but why would I eat more when raw chicken already ruined any type of appetite that I had? Horrible food, and poor service from the manager. I will not return at all and do not recommend it.

First visit at this location. Very crowded for Wed lunch hour when we arrived(see photos) but were fortunate that a table became available. About 20 min after our arrival most people had left. Timing is everything depending upon the rush at weekday lunch. Cook staff and clean up crew was working very hard to take care of the rush of customers. Fast service and good food at this and another location in Plano. I liked a choice of noodles vs. rice for this type of food. And one of the few places in town that provides the newer Coca Cola beverage dispensers where you can get diet caffeine coke.

I think 3 stars is fair but I decided to go with 2 stars for a number of reasons. Way overpriced for portion sizes and the quality of ingredients. I ordered the spicy chicken lettuce wraps, 4 piece spicy tuna, and a few other things. The chicken was chewy and substandard. Something that you would be eating from a frozen meal… I would know, I have been cooking frozen meals for a month now. This truly is an overpriced Panda Express. In fact, I like Panda Express much more than this. Apparently I didn’t heed the advice of someone else to stay away from the sushi. The sushi was a few degrees warmer than I would have liked it to be but I was starving. Sorry Pei Wei lovers, I won’t be back.

I am not sure why this would have even been in my gluten free spicy chicken. A peanut glad I didn’t eat it I’m not sure I can continue to eat at Pei Wei this is the second time one of the locations has served me food that once caused my gluten allergy to cause a trip to the Dr. Just glad this time I caught the peanut before I ate it

New weekly lunch spot for me and my girl. Its good at what it is, many steps up from Panda Express but not overly expensive. Everything I have had has been great and quick and fresh. Love this place.

Was excited to learn this is a PF Chang’s owned chain. Tried it out, given the grim lack of quality choices of chinese food in the Frisco area and… it was ok. By no means was it horrible(i.e. tasteless, greasy food like most places around… yes I’m looking at you Lucky 99, Hong Kong Express, Hot Wok Café), but it is nowhere near authentic and that’s ok some times. Basic premise, Pei Wei has mastered the art of covering fried/deep-fried meats with their sauces, which are decent. Their starches(fried rice, fried noodles) are pretty decent, the sauces aren’t spicy enough for me even when I requested extra spicy, but the food wasn’t overly salty. I had the Kung Pao, the Thai Dynamite and the Sesame Chicken. None stand out in particular, but I also didn’t feel like I wasted $ 30 after eating it(that regret has been the outcome of trying some other Chinese places around). I’d come back and try some of the other things they have like lettuce wraps.

Now that they finally have a rewards program, this is an even better place for an Asian food fix. :-). Some of the plates seem a bit on the skimpy side — like maybe they are reducing portion sizes a little at a time so we won’t notice. But it still tastes good so I can’t complain too much. I really like the PeiWei Spicy, but I tried the Kung pao tonight. I won’t do that again. Way too dry.

Please don’t waste your money here. I thought I knew what I was getting when I came here. I never crave Pei Wei. I never wanted to eat here when other people did. Why did I suddenly have a craving for it? I have no idea!!! And I regret every bit of that craving. I wish I didn’t even eat dinner. The staff is friendly– nothing against them. The food just is really bad. I got the steak lo mein. The food came out super fast. When he gave me my food, I just stared at it. The steak was covered in sauce and looked like it was sautéed on its own. Then with the carrots a bit. The snap peas didn’t have any type of sauce on it at all. The steak and veggies were placed on top a bed of– wait… ramen noodles? It wasn’t lo mein. It really tasted and looked like ramen. Hey, I like ramen but not when I order lo mein. The noodles weren’t sautéed with the beef at all to mic them together… it was like they didn’t belong together. The noodles didn’t have any taste. But the beef… it was super salty. No wonder there wasn’t any flavor to the noodles because the beef was so salty. I tried really hard to eat my meal because I already paid for it. Worst mistake. After eating my meal, I wanted to vomit because I am not used to all that salt in my meal. Did I mention that every fork I tried to grab was already dirty in the utensil holder? After 3 forks in, I opted to use chopsticks.

This place is pretty standard, there’s not much I can say about it. The workers were nice, and my food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered the kids meal honey seared chicken with white rice, and you get a lot of food for a kid’s meal. I usually order this to go, and I actually think they give you more food when you dine in. Since this location is in a really busy spot, it gets crowded around lunch time. My friend and I got there at 1pm, and grabbed the last empty table, but the place cleared out around 1:30 so it wasn’t too bad. This was my first time actually eating inside a Pei Wei, and I wouldn’t mind trying it again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Been eating here since they opened & walked in today to find fewer choices, and not even a fortune cookie in sight. Maybe their business is heading for the dumper? Wife had the small asian chopped chicken salad. Full of lettuce heart pieces, bitter of course. Nasty. Find a new place to eat. We are done with Pei Wei for good! What the hell happened to the very tasty Spicy Korean Chicken meal? GONE! And me with it!
