Optimal Spine Wellness Center

Love this place. I love their philosophy. I’m feeling better and changing life habits. I’ve never received this much help before. So happy that I started the wellness program. I actually enjoy going 3x a week instead of dreading it. Morgan and Kyle are awesome.

I actually am not too familiar with Chiropractors. When I experienced a bit of nerve trauma in my neck, I went to one a few times but was frustrated by being rushed in and out for some quick adjustments that feel good for a little while but by the end of the day left me back where I started.
This place is different.
They have a longer-​term approach. They seem to individualize each patient’s treatment. My appointments there are usually about 40 minutes, because they don’t just adjust: they have given me specific exercises I do there as well as at home to help correct my issue, and there are some other treatments I am doing there to help reverse the part of my spine that has been going the wrong direction since I was a teen (and which exacerbated my recent trauma). They also have a wellness program that has helped me understand better food choices to reduce the constant pain and inflammation I was feeling.
I have only been going about a month, but there is already a difference in my daily life, as I am not experiencing pain daily as I had been.
They are sincere in their approach, are genuinely likeable and (unlike so many doctors I go to) seem interested in their patient’s improvement over how many billings they can get out of them. I am recommending them to the people I care about and decided it would be nice to share this info with others who may be looking for this kind of whole wellness approach. Go see them if you would like improved health and reduced physical pain.

Really excited about my experience here. Morgan and Kyle are great and really easy to talk to. They are incredibly well-​versed and I am very much looking forward to going back. Dr. Kyle was also studying to be an engineer which gives him a unique and advanced perspective on the structure of the spine. Really all around great people and a very unique and valuable experience. Been going to chiropractors for years and this has been my best experience now or ever. Very happy they opened their business here in Plano.
