They called exactly one hour before a scheduled appointment to cancel because the person who scheduled it did not note that the MRI was to be «with contrast» and she scheduled it when there was no one there to give the contrast. Then at the rescheduled appointment, they were 45 minutes late in taking the patient to the exam room
