This was my first experience with a broken bone so I was very nervous about having surgery on my wrist. The ladies at Onto Orthopedics were beyond amazing! Always pleasant, always prompt and always made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hayden is incredible! I don’t have a lot of experience with broken bones but Dr. Hayden calmed my nervousness by thoroughly explaining my injury and the steps needed to get me on the road to recovery. With every visit to Dr. Hayden’s office I was more confident that I made the right choice. I can honestly say that the circumstances that lead me to Dr. Hayden were not the best but the staff made me feel welcomed, cared for and I will miss them now that I’m all healed up. A HUGE thank you to Dr. Hayden for the amazing job he did on my wrist and to all the ladies that helped me through the steps of my first broken bone.

We couldn’t be more pleased to recommend Dr. Hayden and the staff at Onto Orthopedics! Our daughter suffered multiple injuries in an automobile accident last summer and this winter she’s been running in the snow! Dr. Hayden found and addressed each of her issues in an order that got her back on her feet(literally) and on the road to recovery. From day one — literally the first phone call we made to the office — the staff cared for us like family. They listened to our situation and though the calendar didn’t have room for us — they made room, and saw us right away! Words that come to mind when we think of this practice are — caring, knowledgeable, modern, straight-forward, caring, caring, did we mention caring? Additionally, Dr. Hayden and his staff are very real, some would say frank, about what to expect from the process of healing. The surgeries, the recovery, and even what to expect months and years down the road. No fairytales told, when our bodies are broken the best we can do is put them back together — but even this doesn’t make us new. This honesty — is patient care at its finest.

11 years ago I went through four(4) consecutives surgeries to repair a complete reconstruction of my right ankle. For various reasons the surgery had to be revised four times, i.e. November, December, January, February 2003 – 2004. After all these years have gone by I had to have a CT scan of my right ankle for medical reasons. When I saw the CT scan today I was flabergasted. The two bones that were supposed to fuse together had never done so. Dr. Hayden had so many screws, pins and plates in my ankle I was astounded. Now I have to have to go through surgery again to fix his mistakes and to make my ankle stable.
