I honestly don’t know how this apartment complex is getting 4 stars this place is horrible.
If you want to be completely miserable and abosultely HATE where you live, deal with miscommunication, and live with no hot water at least 2 times a month this is the place for you.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for 4 years now and unfortunately it’s time to downgrade (I have 2 bd) and move since having a 1 bd in Plano area is more expensive than renting a 2bd. This place is a great complex to stay. I have had no issues regarding the staff and maintenance crew. They are all friendly and will help you with everything. The units are beautiful and homey. I only had one issue and that was because of nature. Due to the rain we have received last May, my ceiling leaked but it was taken care of immediately. It is really bittersweet leaving this place.

Been here back and forth for years now. Everything is good, make sure to hide valuables in cars. Kids from neighboring apts come by. Only issue I’ve had is the leaf blowers spraying dirt carelessly on my nice car EVERY other day. Also be aware that the cooling of some of the apts are being overworked. Your electric will be significantly higher than other places. Don’t ask me why maybe small cooling system or the vaulted ceilings. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Nice and quiet community. Good for families with children. You can pay all your bills via internet.

I’ve been here 1 month now. So far so good, its quiet, not ghetto, no bugs, Pools are clean and you can get a decent work out in at the Fitness center if you know what your doing. The units show their age but they are well maintained.
Local public school is Rasor Elementary and my boy likes it.
