Ordered pizza lastnight online, specifically ordering exactly what we wanted. Before completing checkout, I verified everything was correct. Pizza promised delivered within 21 – 31 minutes. After the time allowed, the driver called and said she couldn’t find out house. It turned out she had the wrong address. She stated it’d be another 15 minutes before she arrived. I called the store and brought to the managers attention, in which she stated that the address was right the entire time. She also stated that the driver took two deliveries, in which is fine as long as in the same direction. They obviously weren’t, because when the driver did call, she was in Plainfield. When pizza finally arrived, it was only luke warm. By this time I was already pissed, and decided not to even waste my time on a pointless phone call. The manager the first time was very unprofessional, and in all reality should of offered our dinner to be refunded. We will not be ordering from Domino’s Romeoville again!

I went a third time(not my idea) and had a slightly better experience. We once again did have a much longer wait time than the website indicated and is usual, but we had better service. The manager apologized and acknowledged our wait time and actually ended up giving us the pizzas on the house. I was very surprised by this and was glad to see them being so accountable after poor visits in the past. The food is about what you expect from a Domino’s, but hopefully this means the service has gotten better.

I always thought that drivers were supposed to carry exact change. The woman that showed up at my door told me that she could not give me change. This has happened to me twice. She has gotten away with at least a $ 15 tip, twice. The second time that it happened, I called the store and had asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for so long that I had to hang up. If this happens to anybody else, don’t tip her because I believe that she is lying.

New menu is great. Love their new sandwiches. Delivery os well tracked by their online system. Delivery is fast and they bring exactly what u order.

A very bad delivery experience. The online order tracker stated the food was delivered more than 20 minutes before the driver arrived. Bear in mind this place is literally 2 minutes down the street. Initially I thought the food was delivered somewhere else. The driver called when I was issuing a complaint to the store manger. I ordered a sandwich, a small order of wings, and a 20 oz soda. It cost more than $ 18… very much overpriced. When the food arrived it wasn’t very hot and the wings were missing the sauce. The food tasted okay but it certainly was not worth the cost. This is the last time I order from Dominoes.

we gave this place multiple chances as in multiple times!!! they have no system in place at all. ordered on line and 2 hours after still not delivered and their tracker said it has been delivered, one time ordered on line for pick up and people walked in behind me ordered and had their pizza while I waited for a very long time… save yourself some misery…

I will never order from this location again. We placed our order online, it stated estimated delivery time of 17 minutes. The online tracker showed the food leaving the restaurant at 1:05 but around 1:15 someone called saying they didn’t have a product we ordered(they should have left already according to the tracker). 30 minutes later our food still had not arrived… the tracker was showing it was already delivered. We called for the status and the person who answered the phone just said«oh he left 20 minutes ago.» We live 5 minutes away. All in all, it took over an hour for our food to arrive when it was estimated to take 17 minutes. Oh, and all the food was labeled incorrectly and burnt. They did absolutely nothing to try and remedy the situation.

Have ordered online twice. First time everything was overcooked or burnt. Second time I ordered both pizza’s were partially raw. Filed a complaint online and was no response at all from the store. Will never order from this store again and would recommend another dominos location.

I’m surprised to see the negative reviews since I’ve ordered twice now and received quick service. I’ve never picked up, but the two times I’ve ordered for delivery, including a large order of wings and pizzas for a houseful of teens, the food arrived within 20 minutes and was spot on. Maybe I’m just lucky, but this location has done right by me so far and I’m ordering again tonight!

Weve ordered a few times since they opened and it took a long for delivery and we understood since it was fairly new. Tonights pizza was awful. Way too much cheese some of which wasnt cooked, it was cold, hardly cut through. We did call and spoke to a manager and are getting a new pizza sent to us. Hoping this one will be 1,000 times better. Fingers crossed.
