Worst service. First, I brought an ad from Lowe’s to price match a dishwasher. Lowe’s had it priced for $ 599 and Sears for $ 899. The person that helped me had to do some «research» to see if the print out is valid. I pointed out that the print out is dated 11÷8÷14 and today is 11÷9÷14. I guess she didn’t believe me, plus the special pricing for that specific dishwasher is good until December 3, 2014. So I waited and she went to
and saw and verified that it’s priced at $ 599 They won’t price match it. I’ve purchased a lawn tractor worth $ 3000 and was planning on purchasing a Samsung Refrigerator from them as well. Well, we will NEVER purchase any item from this Sears Homestore in Placerville. We try to purchase anything we need locally but I would say I will purchase my dishwasher and refrigerator at Lowe’s in Folsom instead.

We bought our washer and dryer from Sears, and theCS was OK however the sales staff doesn’t know very much about the products they sell. What is wrong with Sears putting sales people on the floor and they can’t even answer questions.

We thought the sales and customer service was excellent when we purchased a clothes dryer today. I knew exactly what I wanted, based on Consumer Reports, and Anishka helped us find the dryer we were looking for. She did not try to talk us into buying a more expensive machine. She also let us know that by opening a Sears credit card, we could save another 5% (I had not seen a sign to that effect, so I was glad she told us). Home Depot had the same machine for the same price, including free delivery, but we felt the customer service at Sears was much better, plus we could pick up the dryer the same day.

I would give no stars if I could. Really bad customer service. I’ve purchased five large appliances in the last three years from them and each time there has been an issue. Unfortunately there is not another sears near here so it’s this or go to another company. I went in Friday to look at a dishwasher I saw online but wanted to see it in person before I bought it and the sales people didn’t even come over to see if i had any questions or say hello. I don’t know why I continued to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I’m done. I’m going to go to a competitor for my business.
