I purchased a used dishwasher and had a problem with it. I then purchased a new one and they gave me full credit for the old one and installation. That is the way it should be, I did not even have to ask they just took care of it for me. I have purchased all of my appliances from them over the years. I highly recommend them.

Oven would not light. I knew it was either the igniter or gas safety valve, but feeling incompetent to work on it myself I called the only appliance repair I could find in the Placerville phone book. Bad time for the oven to go out. I was committed to cook a Thanksgiving turkey for my organizations annual senior dinner and here I was, 2 days before turkey pickup, without a functioning oven. Called Edwards at 8:00 A.M. and was surprised that they could be at my house in a few hours even though I live 45 minutes away. The technician arrived and within 15 minutes had the oven up and running and for what I think is a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Edwards to my friends or neighbors.

Wonderful customer service. Even though our part that we ordered was only $ 8, they still provided top notch service. One of the blades on my kitchen oven range fan broke off. I looked on the internet and googled the manufacturer. The website stated they discontinued the part and no longer sells it. So hubs called Edwards A1, the woman on the phone searched her inventory. She confirmed that the manufacturer no longer stocks the part. But she was a smart cookie and she cross matched the part description/dimensions to another manufacturer. & she disclosed to hubs that the part color is black. We were looking for a white part. We ordered it and it promptly arrived within 3 business days. In the future, we will use them again to order appliance parts.

They sold me a dishwasher I didn’t need after telling me my old one was dead. When the new one didn’t work either, they checked the power and discovered it was only at 50%. They told me to call an electrician and left, leaving a pile of saw dust, insulation, and wood chips in the middle of my kitchen floor. Definitely not a good experience.

I called because my dryer stopped working unexpectedly and I needed someone to check it out. The interaction over the phone was extremely pleasant; excellent customer service. I had expected that I would have to find a way to bring my dryer to them but was pleasantly surprised to find out they could come to my home. I was even more pleased to find out they could have a technician come out within only a couple hours of my call. The technician was thorough and quick and immediately identified the problem with my dryer. He was able to run back to the shop to get the part and came right back to fix it. All in all from his first arrival to diagnose the problem to the completion of the repair, it only took about 1 ½ hours. Their cost is extremely fair and their service was far better than most companies I deal with. The customer service skills of the technician, David, were exemplary which seems to be hard to find nowadays. I will definitely use their company again in the future and would also recommend them.

I called this place to see if they could test the element from my dryer. They were super freindly on the phone and told me about some other things to bring as to test too. I showed up and they performed the test right then and sold me the replacement part that they had in stock! Good experience :)
