Southland Copier Service is a very dishonest company. We were initially impressed with Greg and his offer to come out and assess the issue prior to charging us. But then he replaced parts we didn’t need and after we paid for them, could not get him to return to repair our printer. We called him daily, sent messages and no reply. Stay away from Southland Copier Service. They are a very dishonest company that DOESNOT have any customer service at all. As a business owner, I would never treat any of my customers in the manner he handles his business. Your reputation is key, with social media, the word will get out what a horrible business man you are. You can’t accept money for services not rendered. I always stand behind my product with my customers, and would never ignore any customer that is not satisfied. Greg, you need to treat your customers better.

Southland Copier Service is the second biggest scam next to Affordable Copier Service. As with Vincent S. Greg was very quick to respond in the beginning and promises to be a great service provider. When the copiers broke, he never came back to fix them even though we paid for annual maintenance agreement. When he finally came around about 6 months later, he wanted more money to fix the copiers and we wrote a check for about $ 600 and he said he had to leave but would be back to finish in the morning. He never came and we cancelled his check. The following day he came back holding the cancelled check that he tried to make off with and not service us. He spent more time and supposedly fixed the two copiers so we paid him. Next day the copiers didn’t work and he isn’t returning calls again. Avoid service companies that don’t write full and legal contracts and that don’t allow payment via credit card.

I was initally impressed with the fast response when we first called them, but once he had my check and cashed it, we havent heard back from them, even though we have placed dozens of calls to the call center. STAYAWAY from Gregory and this company.

Terrible customer service. Charged fee and promised will fix for me. But when I first time call him, he said the parts sill in the factory, next call, he said he will coming by next week, but never show up and no one ever pick-up phone again, and no one ever return my call after that point. Horrible company!!! STEPAWAY!!!
