This place is overpriced, customer service sucks! Waitresses are not polite, they are super rude and actually will have unprofessional ghetto comebacks!(Which is embarrassing for the looks on this restaurant and that’s what they all are, an embarrassment full of service!) Manger looks like mouse caught his tongue. Mute on every sentence we are trying argue about. Habla Español, English, or Fances!!! Like hello Tic toc any one in there! Got the cheapest Tequila which I don’t think it’s tequila, will fuck you up in 1, 2, 3! So do not even attempt on ordering their shots! If you are please let them serve it on your table! If ever going to have drinks here take a look at their bar first. FYI never coming back! Shittiest place ever, if so be careful with these shady ass people #Tip of the fucking Day!

I came to this place for my first time. We came with family since my grandparents are going back home. We walk in and the girl who seated us was so sweet. The girl who attended us on the other hand was rude ! She seems like she hates her job. Giving everyone at my table attitude. When she brought out the orders and since I was at the end and my cousin was next to me the girl doesn’t say excuse me and gives my cousin her plate in front of my face. When we finished eating she was picking up our played and my grandma was trying to give her her plate and she walked away. She would leave and not come back for a while. She hardly ever checked up on us. We asked for boxes and she started helping other tables and then she started talking to her coworkers. We would even have to ask for refills cause she would never ask if we wanted a refill. The girl gave me my cousin a dirty look and we didn’t even say or do anything to her. This place has horrible customer service and the waiter was rude as hell! Not only that but lazy ! My first and last. The manager needs to rethink his crew when hiring !

Love this hidden Gem. Staff is really nice and the menu has a lot of delicious options. I particularly love the Taco el Gobernador(shrimp taco). But can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Rude service and overpriced rice and beans. these bitches need to be smacked for the way they provide service to their customers. They act rude then are too scared to give their name when it comes to reporting them to their manager(whom probably doesn’t even care). I’m sure they’ll just hire another illegal tramp to work here anyway. Last time I’ll pay for shitty customer service.

Good was amazing! Service was fast. I would recommend to anyone to try the tacos. I had the tacos al gobernador, shrimp taco, and taco a la sierra. They were brought to my table very quickly after ordering. It tasted so good and fresh. I would come again.

My mom wanted to see the Sunday show with impersonators. We brought my granny along too. Before leaving, I saw that previous reviews said that there is no air conditioning. It was 95 degrees and I just wanted some cool air. I called ahead just to make sure. The lady who answered told me the air conditioning was working. I drive us over and we had to wait for about five minutes to get a table. We get a table close to the entrance and notice two things. 1 The DJ and the music are super loud. 2 It’s like 80 degrees inside. We sit down and the server asks for our drink order and brings us chips and salsa. The salsa was good avg it’s not too spicy. My granny ordered a shrimp cocktail, a margarita and my mom and I split the seafood Molcajete. This restaurant is popular for its show with singing impersonators. There’s about 4 different singers for each show. In between The acts, there is a DJ playing music. It’s all pretty fun to watch. I just had no idea that the show would be a little adult themed since it was in the afternoon. My granny was a little off put by the language. There were a lot of kids in the audience. It was kind of hard to communicate with anyone since its so loud inside. My granny really liked her margarita. I got my horchata and it was pretty good. The food comes out and the shrimp cocktail looks a little watered down. She prefers the sauce to be thick not liquid. It was pretty bland too. She was also expecting crackers. My meal came out in a super hot molcajete. Inside it had a fish head, shrimp, imitation crab, octopus, a couple other things that I couldn’t id. It was cooked in a sauce spicy cream sauce and covered in cheese. It was decent, just a little too cheesy. I was in a hurry to leave since it was so warm inside. My party wanted to stay and watch more acts.

I got the fish tacos. First of all they are kinda expensive $ 2.99 per taco. And they were not good at all!!! The way they fried the fish and battery were nasty. And they drizzle it in chipotle sauce. FYI. NOTTRADITIONALFISHTACOSATALL.

Food is ok. Prices are ok. No AC though!!! Very hot inside. You don’t see one person not fanning themselves. Very stuffy! Oh and their micheladas suck. I ordered a tostada to go and got no tostada just the shrimp!

Such a good experience here. First off, when I go to mexican restaurants I am usually treated with backhanded service because I am an Americanized Latina & you can pretty much get that hint just by looking at me. However, the servers & hostesses were very nice to me & treated me equally. Very thankful for that because I am usually pretty self conscious going into mexican restaurants alone. I was served chips & salsa right away along with caldo. My drink was brought to me promptly as well. I ordered a ceviche de camaron toastada & ohhhhh emmmm geeeee. I was so happy with it. First off, it looked freaking beautiful. It was so fresh. The avocados were bright green & so smooth. Everything was perfectly placed on the toastada as well, it wasn’t all messy. Besides looking good, it tasted delicious. All the hot sauces were full, my table was clean, there was napkins, I literally didn’t have to bug the waitress for anything. The menu is also spanish & English as well. I definitely recommend this place & even tho it’s out of area for me, I would come back at any chance.

I eat here pretty regularly, but I feel like I would be lying if I have it more than 2 stars. Shrimp tacos are pretty good, but everything else I’ve tried has either been drown in a red sauce or underwhelming. Today I got adventurous and tried a $ 20 seafood molcajete — it was a pile of unidentifiable/fake seafood covered in a red sauce they seem to put on everything. I would steer clear of this and the empanadas in the future.

The seafood wasn’t good enough to make me want to come back. The rice tastes like instant rice and the margaritas were all margarita mix and very little tequila. You might also want to know that they have karaōke on Saturday nights(maybe other nights too) and it is pretty freaking loud in there. If you plan on going out with a large group or a date, plan on yelling into each other’s ears or not talking at all.

All the food is great here the tacos al governador are one of my favorite, also you must try the filete relleno it’s has an amazing taste if you like chipotle! If you want to listen to Banda and get together with friends it’s a good place to come to. Very Mexican lol

I came in a couple of times. This place is bogus. Its overpriced and the food isnt that great. Waitresses are friendly and cute but thats about it. Parking is bad so if you have a nice car be careful. There are baskets from the super market that could ding your doors. But to be fair this is a good place to have some beers if u have a hangover and need to keep food down. Paisa style jajaja

I’ve been here twice this week. First day(yesterday) I had the Shrimp Cocktail which was very good, and a generous portion. Today, I went in for lunch and had the Shrimp Taco, and the Taco al Gobernador. Both were delicious! Wait staff is friendly and attentive. I’m not sure, but I think they have regular/daily live trios.

Just ate here for the first time. The quesadilla is fantastic and soooo good. The cheese just melts in your mouth. I had the grilled shrimp with vegetables sautéed. I threw some hot sauce on there and it was perfect. I normally don’t eat Mexican food but this place is pretty authentic.

If I was rating based on food I would give this place 4 stars. The food was good. I ordered tostadas de ceviche de camaron which were pretty tasty. They weren’t stingy with the shrimp either. For a Monday the place was loud which I didn’t mind. Everyone in my party were satisfied with their meals which included a mogara frita, shrimp plate, asada tacos, shrimp cocktail and tostada de ceviche. Yum! If I was rating based on service I would give this place two stars. Our server kept us waiting for our drinks, food and bill. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it was only us a party of 3 adults and 3 kids and two other families in dinning at the restaurant! The two servers working tonight kept chit chatting while we waited to get service. Sooo Aaannoyingg! But they are dressed like whores, so that’s good.

Came here a few months ago after reading Unilocal reviews… the place IS loud and service is slow on the weekend because it gets crazy packed. I’m back again Friday at 4 pm and it’s loud with tables full of patrons drinking, eating, and chatting(myself included). This will definitely be my to-go place to cure a hangover with Coctel de camaron. Everything is delicious! I added a picture of their deals. Wednesday = 2 for 1 Coctel de Camaron They have Live music and impersonators on the weekend. *must try* tacos al gobernador = pure cheesy shrimp glutonny, more of a quesadilla then a taco Edited to add that at 4:30 pm on Friday, a trio showed up(with amplifier) and for $ 10/song I heard the only song I know in Spanish… Tragos de Amargo liqor … aaaaaaawoooooha!
