Unlike the others, I actually bought a car here. As somebody who regularly buys cars of all kinds, I can say that this experience was different. I made a CASH OFFER. After minimal haggling, they accepted. That was 6 weeks ago, and I’m more than happy with my purchase. No breakdowns. No mysterious engine light turn-on’s. No buyer remorse. Yes the car was higher mile, 15+ years old, and was not mint. However, you get what you pay for. The two brothers that own this lot were honest, human, and straightforward. I’d come back and buy more cars from them in a heartbeat. I’ve had much more insulting experiences at major lots. You get what you pay for, and I’m beyond pleased. Ask for Mr. T/​Tommy (who I dealt with) for a low-​pressure, honest dealing. I could have walked, and would have… but they accepted my offer, with no smoke and mirrors whatsoever.

Used car world. If you thought you got away without another dissatisfied customer not publicly voicing their opinion, sorry to let you down. Our journey with these swift swindlers began after another swindle attempt at a different «guaranteed financing» highway robbery depot. We were met at the door by a nice Italian gentleman who’s calm and «we’ll make it happen» demeanor was soothing and a relief from the last place who tried to block us in the lot and prevent us from leaving without making the deal of the century on the greatest piece of sh*t this side of Pittsburgh. We immediately had our vehicle in our sights, and were led into the mobile home office that makes dreams happen. Now, being good and honest people we let them know up front EXACTLY how much we wanted to pay, how much down and how long we needed to pay it. After some clever keystrokes and some «transparent» deals were typed in and shown to me, our deal was done and «saved.» Our 200 non-​refundable deposit was made, and the delivery date for our new gently used 89k mile beauty was set. The work week went by and our much anticipated delivery date had finally arrived on a cool saturday morning. I had just finished a 24 hour shift and my wife her first midnight shift in 3 years, so needless to say sleep was limited but the excitement of finally getting the type of vehicle had always wanted overshadowed the drool from being awake for 20+ hours. We arrived at 10am when these guys opened and here they come. Like a slow motion cheesy love story movie clip, arms open wide, ready to solidify our relationship with the gift of used car greatness. We proceed inside where I’m now dealing with another salesman who was nice but reminded me of Bruce Willis on cocaine. I went with it. After a few minutes of everyone doing the «oh sh*t whisper» in their cubicals and some noses buried in their computers with keys tapping furiously, along came the bad news. In a matter of 4 days, our deal had miraculously «changed». Now instead of 1500 down, we needed 2400 down to make it happen. I was told it was the nice Italian gentleman’s fault because he put the vehicle purchase price in the computer wrong the day he saved the deal, and when entered correctly it is much more expensive. What?! Wow. After the insult I was led outside and shown another gently used gem with double the mileage and filthy dirty. I was forced to test drive it because you know, it’s not about what’s on the outside. After a quarter mile, jumping transmission and a smell I couldn’t identify, I turned this beauty around and parked it back on the lot. Bruce Willis ran towards me again as if we had just experienced a historic moment together and asked if I’m ready to check out, much to his disappointment, no. Now my wife was in tears from disappointment and lack of sleep, our two toddlers screaming and crying and my blood pressure through the roof. Our hopes of finally owning the vehicle we’ve always wanted were shattered, our trust broken and then to top it off, we were sprinkled with humiliation on the way out the door. The cherry on top of this bullsh*t Sunday was the last second offering of a 178k mile SUV that they «just wanted off the lot», for nearly the same money down, no warranty and the chance of a lifetime to own a piece of Detroit antiquity. No thank you. In all seriousness people, do your homework and get these deals in writing. There are 15 of these deal of the century dealerships in a 10 square mile radius and not all of them are the kings of swindle. Go somewhere else and avoid the heartache and embarrassment that these people caused my family. And, good luck.

Showed up title in hand to make a trade on the spot if the vehicle I saw online was as expected. Bob (the owner) came to «show» the car while we were standing on the side trying to get sliding minivan door open. The man got in and pulled out the car from its parking space with no warning while I was standing there with my hand on the vehicle. Glad he didn’t run over my foot!
Neither rear door on the van would open and the hood wouldn’t close. Bad news but our friend Bob started a high pressure sales tactic anyway, stating his price was already too low but trying to get us to make an offer. Incredulous that he completely ignored the door (frame?) issue I said probably next to nothing for a van whose doors don’t open! Apparently that insulted Bob because he said, in a huff, «Well don’t buy it then!» And backed the vehicle back into the spot without another word.
I left here with a very bad taste in my mouth and won’t come back. I would not suggest doing business with these people.
