Sprint is GREAT. They are now rated #1 in Pittsburgh reliability. However, if you feel that this Sprint store is at an inconvenient location or the wait is too long you should try the new Sprint store in Murrysville. The address is: 102 Blue Spruce Way Murrysville, PA. Phone number is (724) 519‑8771. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The one guy Sam S. is one of my favorite guys to help me out. He always is trying to help the customer find the best deal. Sprint in Murrysville is where you should be!

So I went to this location to get a new phone and was completely ignored. The person at the door acted like he couldn’t be bothered. I walked around the store for at least ten minutes and not one person asked if they could help me.
Once I found the phone I wanted I walked to the counter and the salesperson said that since I wasn’t signed in and a few people were ahead of me. Really?! Had I been spoken to once I enter the store I could have been put on the «list».
You just lost a $ 300+ sale! You may have just lost a 13 year customer as well. It might be time to switch!

I would give this location 1 star for the lack of customer service I received from their assistant manager Craig. However, the other employees were as helpful as they could be despite their manager’s incompetence. I have never met a customer service representative more inept than Craig. He wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say and was outright rude and inconsiderate. If I wasn’t locked into a contract with Sprint I’d have cancelled my service on the spot because of Craig. If you visit this store, steer clear of him and give your patronage to one of their other, stellar employees.
