A Peace of Eden Salon and Spa

I have been going to a peace of eden for a few years they do a wonderful job Corrie is the first hair stylest to ever cut my hair exactly the way i like it. Wendy does a wonderful facial you feel completly relaxed and refreshed after you are done. Amy gives a great massage. I highly recommend this place i say call and make an appt.

Like many others I’m sure, I discovered Peace of Eden about two years ago through a Groupon. I had tried a number of different salons and stylists in Pittsburgh, and while I’m not a «hair person» and I don’t think I’m very particular, I’d never been impressed enough to return to someone regularly. I haven’t gone anywhere else since using that Groupon however, and I’m very happy to have stumbled upon Angie. She listens, asks good questions to really get at specifically how you want your hair to look, and I’ve never walked out of there feeling like my hair is shorter than I wanted or something different from what I wanted. The salon is easy to miss on Route 51 but conveniently located, and I’ll keep coming back.

What a great little place! I went initially because I had bought living social deals for myself and my mother-​in-​law and sister-​in-​law for massages for Christmas. The day before our appointment, they salon called and had to reschedule because their massage therapist had come down with the flu. I told them that my living social deal was about to expire, and so it would be very difficult to reschedule on such short notice. They were very accommodating and were willing to take the living social deal even after it expired. Thankfully, i was able to get my living social deal refunded on the site, and re-​purchase them with a new expiration date, so it all worked out. When we finally went for our girl’s day, the ladies were super friendly and did a great job! I love my hair cut and my mother and sister-​in-​law loved their nails. Massages were nice and relaxing. If I lived closer to this place, I’d come way more often. Love it.

I originally bought a groupon over a year and a half ago, and have been going to Peace of Eden regularly since. Angie listens to all of my requests and my hair turns out exactly how I want it every time. Not only is Angie really great at her job, she’s also really sweet and personable. The rest of the staff (including the owner) are also very friendly and helpful.
Don’t let the sign out front scare you away! The inside is decorated in a very relaxing and professional grey color scheme and all of the stylists seem to do a great job on all sorts of clientele (older, younger, male, female, etc)
I absolutely recommend Peace of Eden (specifically ANGIE) to anyone :)

I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been a client of the salon, specifically Lisa, for a little over 3 years. Every time I go, all the girls working acknowledge my presence, and make me feel very welcomed. The complimentary coffee bar and comfortable vintage atmosphere helps too! I’ve left absolutely loving my hair each and every time. I’ve had maintenance care as well as drastic color changes. I’d definitely recommend.
