Dr. Graves may be a a great doctor, but waiting for an hour to be shown a exam room to just wait some more. People have lives and this is ridiculous! I have never in my life waited this long for an appointment. If you value your time, have a job, or just don’t want to waste your time waiting all day. I suggest a different doctors office.

Dr Graves might be a great doctor but their scheduling is horrible. No matter what time of day we make the appointment for we are always left waiting a minimum of 45 minutes before being shown to an exam room. Then we are made to wait 15 – 30 more minutes before being seen by the doctor.
If you value your time and have a schedule to keep then you are best to find a different doctor for your child.

First I have to say that I work for a very busy Drs office. We see anywhere from mere 30patients to a staggering 80 patients a day depending on what we are focusing on for that day.
Each time I have been to Dr Graves office, they have been behind. Working in the medical field, I try to let it go and just deal with it. One time, my appointment was at 9:30am. Supposedly the first appointment of the day, which I snagged thinking I could go to work and all would be merry. I didn’t get through the doors until nearly 10:30am. No apology, no explanation. So I wait another 30 minutes or so for Dr Graves to get into the room. I didn’t get out of there until nearly noon… Still needed to take my little one to my moms and get to work. My work day ends at 2:30pm so there was no reason for me to go in.
Fast forward, the next appointment I made in the afternoon so that I wouldn’t have to worry about missing work this time. It was at 3:30pm. We get there and wait about 40 minutes before being brought back. Waited another 45 minutes until Dr Graves came in. And again, no apology, no explanation.
Today I call to see if they could squeeze us in. My daughter has had a terrible cough and cannot keep any food/​liquid down, it has been coming up throughout the weekend. Could they offer me anything? No. Nothing until Thursday. And my options are to go to urgent care or the ER. Mind you, I visited urgent care yesterday and they were no help to us. This isn’t up to my standard of medical care, especially for being a pediatrics office.
I will say Dr Graves seems to be a good Dr, but all I have had to see from her were the well baby checks. I’ve never seen her treat or diagnose any real health problems.
Don’t come here if you are on a time schedule.

i recently moved to pittsburg, and the closest doctor to our new house was dr graves. my youngest child needed to get her immunizations done, and i called dr graves during business hours. the first time i called, somebody picked up the phone, but all i could hear was what sounded like the car radio. I called back again, and the lady who answered the phone took down my information and told me that i was going to get a call back to schedule an appt. about 3 days passed, and still no call back. I call again, and the lady i called told me just to wait for a phone call back. after 2 weeks, i just changed pediatricians. if dr graves by any chance reads her reviews, please get a new answering service.
