Great first time experience Tammy did a good job on my nails usually go to my nails but my friend wanted to go here cuz my nails is always crazy busy and I’m impressed with return

Came to this place for no other reason then it was open early and it was close to where I Iive… should’ve just waited for my regular nail tech. Came in with a very simple design and came with a picture for reference. Instead of asking questions as to the specifics of my pedicure design, the tech hastily painted my toe nails with nothing other than a photo reference that she glanced at 30 minutes prior. When i tried to interject and show the photo again for reference, she stated that what it looked like to me and what the actual technique was were different, and waived off the photo. Needless to say the design was incorrect and I wasnt looking for perfection but if she wouldve actually asked what I want or exactly how i wanted it we couldve came to a compromise. Careless and inattentive. Two stars because I have no complaints about my eyebrow waxing.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s horrible. Shalac nails gone wrong. I will not ever return to this place again. They were rude, an mean, they messed up.!!

I had a great first time experience when I came here! Not only did I come late (45 mins to close) but I came and asked for a shelac mani and pedi –but Nancy and Lyn (I believe that’s her name) were amazing and didn’t rush my nails so they could go home. I totally appreciate that! Definitely coming back again soon!

contradictory to others statements, I LOVE coming here. Mimi is great with pedi’s and I even brought my mom and she fell in love. I used to live in Pittsburg and went to my nails (ugh, NEVER AGAIN) and when they told me an hour to two hour wait, I decided to come here bc it was literally a block away from my apartment. They took me almost right away and did my pedi just how I like: super short, clean any ingrown stuff and PINK polish. I haven’t been to another nail shop in over a year. I go out og my way just to come here (Ive since moved out of Pittsburg and will drive the 25 miles) yes, they’re busy, but they wouldn’t be if they didn’t do a great job right? I make my appointment well ahead of time, and yes, sometimes I still have to wait, but hey, pampering yourself is worth it — trust.

My wife went today to get a pedicure and came back not ever wanting to go back. Why you may ask? Leg me tell you. The last couple times she has gone they have been rough on her toes and not doing too good of a job but this time we saw what type of customer service they have. She been going for 5 years and today while they clipped her nails, they cut her toe and she was bleeding and it was hurting her. I told her to ask for a discount atleast as an «I’m sorry we cut you». They couldn’t even do that! Really? You can’t give a discount to a regular customer that you have cut and hurt? They told her «we don’t give discounts». Horrible service! They worry more about the money than the satisfaction of a customer that has been spending money there for 5 years! Well they lost her and everyone that we are telling because that is horrible! If I had a choice I wouldn’t give it any star but I have to put one just to post my review.
If your reading this, don’t ever go to this place. Go somewhere where they will care about their customers and not just making money.

I used to like this place a lot. They do great nails but they have horrible customer service. I’ve made an appointment on several occasions and it was not honored one time. You often have to sit down for a while before anyone even acknowledges you or asks what you are there for. The owner’s wife often scowls at people and grunts and the customer services really manifests in their clientele. The clients are rude and they act in like kind. Today I tried to get my nails done and she said «two minutes» after I had scheduled an appointment. I sat for 10 and the lady who was supposed to do my nails had just started on a pedicure. I finally just got up and left. I was not surprised when no one asked me where I was going.
