So this is my second attempt at this location. There was no hostess for at least 5 min. When we asked to sit at the bar and told the hostess the only table was dirty, she said just wait… Somebody will get to it… No one ever did so we sat at the actual bar until another table became available. I asked for an extra shot in my margarita… Don’t think IT was added because the drink tasted like syrupy juice.(Flavor good… No alcohol bad when you paid for it). Our food took FOREVER to come and it was room temperature when it came. My fried pickles were soggy and and half the serving was crumbs and I was told they always came that way. The waitress eventually replaced them with a new basket, which by the way had no crumbs. I still enjoy eating at Chili’s… Just not this one

Horrible! We had a large group after a baseball tournament. They say us timely, we had to get our own menus and no one came to take a drink order for about 30 min. Once we got our drinks they finally took our food order, but the food didn’t come for over an hour. The salad was wilted and quesadilla was cold. There are so many choices in this strip mall, don’t pick Chilis with the other choices…

Everything was still nice and hot when we got home. We where very satisfied with service and quickness. Will be coming back soon without a doubt

My mom niece and grandma went to Chilis to celebrate my grandmas birthday, luckily we didnt have to wait to long took about 3 mins. Our server i believe his name was devan was really great he filled our cups when they became half empty & checked up on us frequently asked if we needed anything else. The food was delicious they have a new appetizer«fried asparagus» so amazing! It comes with a sauce to dip it in it was some sort if lemon sauce it was tasty! We all had house salads which were also great and fresh tasting. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers which are my favorite nice and crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly. Comes with corn on the cob and fries or you can choose veggies. We really enjoyed ourselves! But cannot forget the dessert we shared the molten chocolate cake which comes with the ice cream on top that is to die for, nice and gooey in the middle. I had no complaints and to me they keep the place pretty clean. Idk how some people have posted negative comments, all workers faces had smiles on them every time they passed by. I recommend to all!

This Chili’s location did not give a very good first impression. At lunch time, when the restaurant is nearly empty, and there is no host/hostess to seat people in nearly ten minutes, no bueno. Finally the bartender came over and lead the way to a table. The bartender was nice, and so was the waiter. I ordered a guacamole burger with a side salad. I don’t know why they need to charge an extra 99 cents to substitute a salad, but no huge gripe. The salad was OK, pretty basic. Everything on the burger was good except for the burger itself. It didn’t taste bad, however, it didn’t taste good as well, and it was dry. I did love the guacamole, and the jalapeños added great tasting heat. A dish of garlic dill chips were brought over after they were asked for. The wait for the food, like the wait to be seated, was unnecessarily long. The location in Concord is miles better.

My daughter French fries was burnt, hard and cold! Like I said, All our food was cold, As I Summon the waiter, told him the on going issues. But he had a look on his face, like we was irritating him! Wow! Never again Will I Go to this awful place! They lost so many customers! Now they lost another one!

Every single time we order to go we’re waiting ATLEAST20 minutes! Isn’t ordering ahead supposed to help us AVOID this type of wait? UNACCEPTABLE. we probably would have eaten quicker if we just ate there, ridiculous.

My boyfriend and j frequent this chilis often and almost always leave full & satisfied. We usually go for the 2 for $ 20. Some of my favorites are the crispy chicken crispers and the margarita grilled chicken. I also enjoy the loaded baked potato soup. My big usually gets the cheeseburger which is always good. For the appetizers, love the Texas cheese fries w/ranch! Chips and salsa is great because there’s free refills: D Drinks aren’t always the strongest, but are made well and get to the table quickly. Service is usually good. My favorite server is amanda l! She’s super friendly, efficient, and has never forgot something on our order. I’ve noticed with other servers though, there has been quite a few times where the forgot my soup, forgot to refill things or being ranch etc but nothing big!

Poor service overall. Came in tonight to grub on some food. There was literally 4 hostesses standing by the host stand talking to each other never acknowledging the guests that walk in. I was waiting patiently to be greeted when I noticed more people coming in and not being greeted either. Becoming frustrated, I walked up to the little pow wow going on and they scattered like roaches. I asked her what the wait time would be and she says«20 minutes» so then, I ask«okay, so for two it’s a 20 minute wait?» Just to clarify. And she says«well 5 minutes.» Then the couple behind me say«well you told us 20 minutes, 40 minutes ago.» And she just looked at us and then back to her iPad. I was so irritated and I just asked her«welllll???» And she says«35 minutes.» WHAT? Whatever Chilis, you suck anyways.

Went to dinner with my home girl to catch up on each other lives. The hostess greeted me as soon as I walked in. The staff was nice. They all look like high schoolers, but well mannered & professional. We decided on the two for $ 20. Got the chips and guacamole dip for the appetizer. The chips were so damn thin, it broke every time I try to dip it in the guacamole! I felt like they just threw paper in the deep fryer and called it chips. It was so oily too! I ordered the half BBQ ribs while she got the chicken pasta. Her dish looked amazing. The ribs were dry and I didn’t get a lot of BBQ sauce. I had to ask for some on the side. There weren’t a lot of meat either but I guess that’s why it was so inexpensive. At least my son ate all his mac & cheese, corn on the cob and drank his milk, lol. But our server, she was great.

So, this really isn’t a family friendly place for younger kids. It is a loud, atmoshpere, the wait is usually long and it took a bit over ten minutes for a server to arrive at our table after the long table wait. They are slow. however, they made it up with a free round of queso, which is delicious. The food is actually really great and has gone up in quality a lot since they revamped their menu — at every location. UNfortunately, the service at this location is a bummer. They did not offer anything to our son, like crayons or an activity. They seemed confused about our ordering electronically on their electronic item on the table. They gave us the wrong dessert item in our to go order and we had to basically tackle our server to get accomodated with anything. They have also messed up other, previous to-go orders. The bar is fun for a trendy crowd who likes sports and they do have wonderful happy hour deals and drinks available. I like their new plating and menu options. The burgers are great, but ours was put together haphazardly and the quality was far from the photo. It seems as though they are not taking pride in the asthetic of their cooking. The onion ring on the burger came out as if it had been sitting in the back for a while… like they smushed the burger down or sat on it, too. As I said about the dessert, we ordered the oreo option for my sons fathers birthday and they sent us home with the wrong one. He wouldn’t even eat it. Birthday ruined. They did offer him a tiny scoop of ice cream for his birthday. That was nice. My wet burrito was amazing, specifically the honey chipotle sauce. I just wish they were a bit more upfront about the spiciness and spread the ingredients out proportionately and evenly through the burrito. It barely had any chicken, was loaded with rice and it seemd like if I sliced the burrito up, it would have sections for each ingredient… which isn;t right, the perfect bite would be a combination of the ingredients and that is what makes burritos so wonderful! Dammit. The chips and salsa are always a hit, though. I am glad they did not switch that up. The loaded fries weren’t very loaded and stuck the skillet pan they brought them out in… oh and my burrito was supposed to have corn salsa, which is why I ordered it, expecting fun crunchy burst of sweetcorn, but it didnt, they put the spicy salsa in… instead. thanks. I think with better servers who cared about the customers experience and chefs who cared about the integrity and quality of the food they put out, it would be great.

Ordered a full rack of ribs with the BBQ sauce on the side! When I received my order, I spread the sauce on the ribs and realized it was ketchup! I tasted the sauce to be sure and it was ketchup! Brought it to our server — Cruz, attention and he said that’s how the sauce looks and it’s BBQ sauce! Didn’t want to start a commotion so I told him to look at the ketchup and my guest’s BBQ! I even told him to taste it!!! Finally, out of frustration, I instructed Cruz to cancel my order!!!

IF I COULDGIVE A NEGATIVE5STARS I WOULD First of all BOYCOTT Chilis in Antioch off Century Blvd. I don’t usually do this but they are f’d up! My hubby was so sick last night throwing up his entire stomach. My husband is a strong man and it took all out of him to deal with the food poisoning he got from Chili’s in Antioch. We went in about 5pm for a quick bite to eat and a drink. We were fine before we walked in, joking and laughing. We ordered the same drink, and we shared our food EXCEPT I didn’t eat the Southwestern Egg Rolls, he ate all of them. We finished close to 6pm and headed home. When we got home we took a walk around the block because our stomachs seemed full. We came home, washed up and sat down to watch a movie and fell asleep. At about 9ish pm he gets up and runs to the bathroom where he threw up not once not twice but 4 times. I’ve never seen him like this. I knew it was the Chili egg rolls because that’s the ONLY thing I did not eat and I was fine. So I called Chili’s and got an «Orelia» on the phone. I told her what happened and said they should pull the egg rolls, her dumb ass proceeded to say that that’s too bad but it can’t be because food poisoning takes 24 hours. At first I said oh okay… BUTTHEN I thought BITCHYOUAIN’T A DOCTOR. She was so dry and rude and didn’t care. So I call Kaiser who told me it looks like food poisoning and it can come on as quickly as an hour to 6 hours after consumption! So you know now I am on a mission to have Chili’s checked by the board of health. I understand that shit happens like that but don’t tell me it can’t be that it takes 24 hours AND what if it was a small child, my husband is a strong guy and it knocked him off his feet. I come to this place all the time and 90% of the time the food and service is pretty good. Tonight, the service was up to par. Our server was friendly and took care of us with s smile. I ordered the fish tacos. The food was flavored well but that was about it. The rice was very dry and the fish was over cooked to the point it was almost burnt and hard. I was super disappointed about my order. I gave them two stars because I do come here often as do a lot of my friends and family and for the most part, I like their food and enjoy their services. So I write this warn you to steer clear of the fish tacos.

I love Chili’s for all the great food and drinks it has to offer. I personally enjoy the soups and appetizers the most from this place. And I absolutely love the fruity Margaritas they have to offer. There has been a few hick-ups at times, but overall the service, food and drinks is pretty good. These are my ratings so far: Seating Time: 8⁄10 Food Wait Time: 7⁄10 Waiter Service/Kiosk: 10⁄10 Food: 8⁄10 Drinks(Non-Alcoholic): 7⁄10 Drinks(Alcoholic): 8/10’ Prices: 7⁄10 My recommendations: Classic Nachos Texas Cheese Fries Southwestern Eggrolls Loaded Potato Soup Santa Fe Salad Grilled Chicken Salad Guacamole Burger Ancho Salmon All the Quesodillas Cajun Pasta

We always sit at the bar and the bartenders here are barely attentive but the drinks are well balanced and strong. The food is as to be expected, always hot and pretty good after a margarita.

Have I really not reviewed this awful place? It is Chili’s after all… Applebees’ spicier twin. Food is sub-par with 80 percent of it being frozen or cooked and seasoned improperly… or at least that’s what it seems like. The new tablet things? What’s the point? Invest that money into better food, service, cooks… anything! Anything except to look cool! I mean, do you READ people’s disdain for this place?!
