The Spa At Pinehurst

Head here every Christmas when I’m in town. Have never been disappointed. Sam gives a great massage, he worked out a pretty stiff knee. Very chill, either by the pool or the tubs. Never crowded (at least during the holidays). Staff always accommodating.

Very relaxing spa in a rural resort setting. Staff is super-​friendly, professional, and attentive. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and dried fruit in the large waiting area with a whirlpool and lap pool. There is an additional more private whirl pool in the women’s locker room. The setting and amenities are very nice for central NC, better than you could find in Fayetteville. They also offer military discounts!

I was not impressed with the service I received and will not return. A friend spoke highly of the spa and the experience she had there previously so I decided to try it out. I chose to get a massage and pedicure. I walked in and as I was checking in the young lady at the front desk was actually quite rude (already tarnishing my experience) I was walked to the ladies area by a gentleman because the young lady couldn’t be bothered to show me the way (this being my first visit there). The locker room attendant gave me a QUICK tour of the locker room and sauna/​steam room area. My massage therapist came and got me at my appointment time and did a good job afterwards I waited in the main pool area for my pedicurist. As soon as she came to get me I could tell she was not happy and not wanting to be there. I paid $ 90 for a mediocre pedicure with a pedicurist who had major attitude the whole time. I have no issue paying that price if its worth it. I will not return to this establishment.

Perfect massages and great service make this place almost better than the great golf within the village!?! They are more than accommodating and I’ve had three different massage therapists and ALL have been GREAT! Definitely a must stop after a long round or before!
