We needed some electrical work in our home and were introduce to Rick Torres. To begin with he showed up on time, and was very professional. We were impressed with his knowledge of home renovationIng and by the work he completed that we decided to hire him do more renovations. We wanted an open concept and he was able to give that to us (knock down low-​bearing wall and added supporting beams). He is very responsive, punctual, courteous & reasonably priced. Will definitely be using him again.

Let me start off by saying renovating is all about quality not quantity.
From the moment I first met with Mr. Torres for my estimate I knew my home and well earned money was in great hands. I shared my vision with him on what I wanted, he took notes on his device well I spoke when I was finished he took my vision and gave me some great ideas to save me money and exceed my vision. Of coarse he had to make sure everything I was asking was allowed with my city and with in 2 days he came back with blue prints and a approval.
The quality of his work is phenomenal, I now have my amazing bathroom remodel with a add in jacuzzi tub in front of my bay window, an entirely new kitchen that I always dreamt of.
