Horrible customer service! Police told us they’re have been numerous thief’s here! All of my valuable belongings have been taken from me. You would think these associates have One job, and that’s to keep an eye on the units yet the thief’s had enough time to steel over 50k dollars of our hard earned belongings and nothing was caught on camera. We are so heart broken! Do not trust these people! Scam artist!

Great customer service was in n out of office and able to move my stuff right in that night. Lorraine was great help! Site is clean and well maintained prices are decent for space you are getting. And what i love the most it is literally down the street from my house! :)
