Like always I am late for Christmas presents to some friends. Or I can say totally forgot about them. Finally bought an awesome shirt for my dear friend Allan. I hope he will love it. The store was looking good and all decorated. This year the did a better job than years before. Good to go.

Janice, the«Greeter» that has worked every one of the four times I have been in this store, is the absolute worst! She has specifically targeted one of my roommates when we leave simply based upon the color of his skin! My female roommate and I have mobility issues and she has been snippy and crass when we have asked about the availability of electric carts. Janice is racist and rude and is the main reason we refuse to shop at this location. We went in there this evening and left individually to «test» what we already knew; Janice watched my male roommate at the register and RAN to stop him AFTER telling both my female roommate and I to have a good night! Upon returning home, I called the store and the phone rang for FIVEMINUTES before I got the automated, «Your call is important to us. Please be patient and your call will be routed to the next available associate.» After a total of 18:30 minutes, the system hung up on me!

Possibly THEE worst WalMart I’ve ever been to in my life, and I’m from Southern California where they have quite a few subpar WalMarts. Incredibly filthy and heavily understaffed! All I wanted from the visit was a money order. NEVERAGAINATTHISLOCATION!

Dude! we call this the ghetto walmart. Panhandlers. Dumb people work here nobody knows what the heck is going on. they hide the handicapped carts in the back no wonder they dont ever have any! the bikes are locked down so tweakers wont steal them. just a hot mess and youll get to know your neighbors and possibly another languge as well cause the lines are so long! Don’t go here unless youre desperate for something and only the last week of the month and speak Arabic in the parking lot so some lady crying with a folgers can with a kids picture wont do her routine. i swear there are better war zones!

RUDE! Mick the«manager» should find another job. Terrible customer service! Slow returns department — I think they do it so you get sick of waiting in line! Dirty store. Lots of panhandlers in the parking lot. Ugh — go to a different Walmart.

The lines are huge, and slow thanks to a problem with a clerk continuously messing up welfare tickets so now all wic tickets need manager approval. Oh and the panhandlers and tamale ladies are out in force! Bring change and an open heart, or just practice your sour puss.

I have had the Worse experiance in customer service with this store and the 1800 Walmart call center. I live in california and my auntie lives in Arizonia. I wanted to but a Stroller set for my cousin that just had a baby and i call this store see what i had to do to pa y for the car seat stroller so she could pick the item up same day. After talking to the rep in the baby department Corrina to make sure they had the product that i wanted she transferred the call to the dot com department that states if since thye had the product to go on line and pay for it an they can come get the item same day. I paid abd everything went down hill from there. My aunt walk in to pick the item up 41 hour later and they states they could not give her the product because there was not record even afer iprovided the Ref number after Hours on the phone witht he reps and my aunt inthe store there was a manager that stated to me call my bank and hae the transation cancelled and he will cancel it on his end and do a walmart to walmart transfer so she can get the item immediatly. I did that as directed not 4 days later Walmart did not cancel the order. i have call the call center ans the store and no one is assistng me with getting the fund credut back to my card after there stor mananger told my bank as well that they woudl cancel it, the 800 number told me the trasatin has to be cancel by the store and they an credit my account over the phone the store states i have to Walk in to get my money back just over all a TERRIble Process and im still fighting to get someone on the phone for my refund of 118.05 that they have of my dollors…
