I also heard about legendary through a friend, I decided to give it a shot and call, due to the plumbing problems that we’ve had going on. I called that morning, and they were able to be at my house that afternoon! They fixed the problem, and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out okay! They have affordable prices, but also get the job done efficiently! I will use them again, and I’m overall 100% happy with the service I received.

My kitchen drain backed up one day, and then when I ran my dishwasher, it made a horrific mess. I called these guys because of their phenomenal YouTube videos and many great reviews on Google. Greg came out to my home within a few hours and was able to explain things to me in an understandable manner, and recommended «hydro-​jetting». I have not had any problems with my drains ever since! :)

Called Legendary Home Services because of water leak and we had no hot water, per Allstate, we had to find a company with «leak detection equipment» When I called I left a msg, they were real quick to call me back and wanted to come out the same night. I asked if they could come out the next night because no one would be home. «sure we will be out between 5 – 7 pm» 830pm I get a call from a «john» stating that he just received a msg from the company that we needed someone to come out because of a water leak. I told him that we were told he would be at our home between 5−7pm, he said miss commutation. No problem I understand sometimes things happen. He asked if he could still come by, «I’m sorry but it’s too late»
2 days later at 10:00 am we finally have someone at the house. They state the issues and proceed to tearing up the master bath. They cut half the wall, tear out the shower, and cut holes in the main bathroom and laundry room. I have to say the men that were here working on the house were very nice and respectful. They told us that they would be here Saturday morning around 9am to finish up. 4:30 pm hear a knock on the door and there they were wanting to mark the pine lines in the house because «john» would be out in the morning to fix the leak. 3 days later they came out, did more cutting on wall and fixed our hot water issue. We were told we will be back in the morning to finish up. Well after waiting and waiting called «john» on Friday morning, left msg on voice a few times… nothing, well maybe because of the holiday they are taking longer to call back. Tuesday night I get home, still nothing. I called the main # and get the answering service. I stressed that we were told someone would be out to finish and still have not seen or heard from anyone. She transferred me to another man, come to find out «john» was no longer with the company. Really??? No one thought to follow up with «john’s» ongoing projects? He stated he could come out tomorrow, Wednesday, morning to see what was going on. I asked if we could make it Thursday someone would be home all day «no problem I promise I will be there Thursday morning». Today is Friday September, 11, 2015 we have yet to see or get a call from this company. First contact with legendary home service was on August, 24, 2015. Allstate has also been trying to contact them so they could get the claim paper work complete. Finally they fax the itemized statement to Allstate. We still have yet to hear from anyone from Legendary. Beware of this company.

I am so irritated with this company ! I’ve tried so many times to call them back but the line seems to be disconnected. They installed a water system at my house a month ago, and the guy took out the dish washer and put it back in but there had to have been some sort of complications because … My dishwasher has been leaking ever since and I can’t even use the damn thing! I didn’t pay 300 dollars for my dish washer to not work anymore… I paid 300 for them to install a water system !

OK, so I heard of Legendary through a friend who had good luck with them in the past. Being a business owner myself, and an avid Unilocal user as well — I hopped on Unilocal to do a little research before calling. I was a little leery having read a couple reviews regarding scheduling and pricing. Regardless, I was given a solid referral so I gave them a call. I had been putting off replacing two of my leaky and slow filling toilets for a year or two and decided it was just about time to take the plunge, so to speak. I explained to the office that I had a newer Toto toilet in my master bedroom that had a nice seat that didn’t slam when you put it down — and I would like to match the new ones to this. They said it shouldn’t be a problem, made a couple phone calls, and called me back within the hour. They gave me (in my opinion) a very fair price, and also scheduled a time to come out and perform the work. Greg called me 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival and told me he was about 20 minutes out — EARLY EVEN! What a great start. Upon arrival he put on some shoe booties and even rolled out a couple rugs to protect the work area. This is great, because I once had a plumber pretty much ruin a section of my carpet with an old toilet wax ring (the stuff never comes out, and collects dirt like a magnet). Both toilets were installed to my satisfaction, and matched my existing toilet perfectly. And to my surprise, the end bill was EXACTLY what their office had quoted me over the phone.
I know most people don’t look forward to having to call a plumber, but let’s face it — Sometimes we don’t have a choice. Valves leak, pipes break, toilets stop flushing. It’s about as exciting as getting a root canal. But in the end, the guys at Legendary Home Services made it straightforward and painless for me. On top of that, I now have TWO shiny new thrones to pick from!
As for the scheduling issues others had — I did not experience this, and was pleasantly surprised. In fact, I even asked their plumber about it. He told me they had just been so busy in the recent months that it was hard for them to keep up. On top of that, some jobs that seem simple over the phone can turn into complex repairs when they arrive. These things can make it hard sometimes to keep on schedule.
