Been here 6 years. Property is clean and well cared for. Nicki & Sarah at the front office are curteous and attentive. J. J & Nelson get the job done from maintenance no matter the challenge. Laundry rooms and swimming pools are clean. Main office community room is clean and welcoming with a pool table and business center. My 8 year old is picky and finds everyone to be nice as well. We plan on staying here for as long as possible.

So I’ve living here since March 2015 and by far I love it. I haven’t had any big problems. This is my first apartment And I’m definitely renewing my lease. Office staff are average. Reason I say average is because I’ve encountered a rude conversation. But afterwards they’ve been average with me. The neighborhood is great ! That’s probably the main reason I will renew my lease. Maintenance is great also. I had a problem with my ac and I called the emergency line and he called me right back and told me how to handle till the morning since it was minor. Haven’t encountered roaches; spiders yes but I called the office and they took care of it the next day ! Also visitor don’t steal assigned parking when there isn’t any visitor parking opened which is awesome !

This review is from my post on Apartment Ratings: My husband and I just renewed for another year earlier this month. Our 2-bedroom apartment is spacious, well insulated, and affordable. Our apartment has a washer/dryer, but it is very small – there’s laundry facilities on the premises as well. The area is located close to I-17 and has schools, places to eat and shop close by. The application, leasing/renewal, and payment options are done online, which is very convenient. Work orders are completed in a timely manner by friendly maintenance staff. I had a negative phone encounter early on with a member of management in regards to a mistake that I made while setting up automatic payment, but the issue was rectified, late fees were thankfully removed, and there have been no further issues. The staff seem competent and knowledgeable. The main reason why I give FACC a 4 and not a 5 is the location. I don’t feel safe walking around after 7 or 8pm. I’m not saying it’s terribly dangerous, otherwise I wouldn’t live here. It’s bearable when factoring in how affordable and nice the apartment is on the inside. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable apartment with a convenient location.

i have never been so angry, and hurt, in my entire life. This place is terrible. if i could give 0 stars, i would. my father passed away last week, and had been living in this complex for the last 5 years. after entering his apartment, WITHTHEKEYHEHADGIVENME, and assisting the police, we returned home seeing as it had been a horrible day. that very day, we received a call from management saying they had changed the locks, and i would have to obtain some kind of form from the courts in order to enter the apartment. all of my fathers belongings, keepsakes, and even the clothes needed to dress him for cremation remained locked inside his apartment. management couldn’t even tell me what forms we needed to obtain in order to retrieve my fathers belongings. after spending an entire day in downtown phoenix going EVERYWHERE, i paid a hefty sum, and obtained legal forms that would grant me access into his apartment. i drove all the way back over there,(i live in tempe) and presented the documents to the management. after waiting nearly an hour and a half, they reluctantly granted me access into my fathers apartment. they gave me less than a week to move 5 years of my fathers life. my dad GAVEME A KEY to his apartment. they had no right to change the locks. and what makes me the most angry, is they had no idea what kind of documentation i needed to get into the apartment. they are completely unprofessional, and really very heartless. i would never EVER recommend this place to ANYONE! i was(and still am) going through the worst time of my ENTIRELIFE, and they succeeded in making it a million times worse.

I’ve lived here for three months almost and have had an «alright» experience. I say only«alright» because in the time I’ve lived here, I’ve had a hit and run on my car that they basically said they’d «ask around» about and I wouldn’t doubt never did. I’ve had maintenance enter my home WHILE I WASSLEEPING when I said I didn’t want anyone entering without my permission. The main manager woman in the front office is incredibly rude I.E. commenting about my personal life in a negative way. The maintenance do a half-*** job when they do fix something. The only person working in this complex I like is Nikki. If I didn’t have a lease, I would’ve left this complex already. During move in, my apartment was still dirty, wood planks were left in my living room, and there was and is a nasty smell emitting from the water in the showers. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this complex.

I had the WORST experiences renting from this apartment complex. I had laundry & laundry baskets stolen from the laundromat, my GASSYPHONED from my gas tank and gas cap stolen. I understand that issues such as these may not be the fault of the complex, however issues that WERE in their authority address, they did not. I was sexually assaulted in the parking lot with my 2-yr-old in the car & with a police report filed and fear for my safety I was not granted the opportunity to break my lease– the office had no compassion and did not even offer to escalate the issue to accommodate me under such horrible circumstances. The list of issues drags on but I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.
