You have to expect incompetence from low paid employees but the bold faced lies and rudeness blew me away — like something from a Saturday Night Live skit. I ordered some high end specialty shocks for my Jeep which came in the next morning. When I tried to pick them up they refused to give them to me without a receipt — the same peson who took 30 to 45 mins to place my order and take my money the day before — the same person who was looking at my order on her screen complete with name, address and phone refused to give me my shocks as if she revelled in her power to stand behind«policy» and prove that«thinking» and«Customer Service» were dead in America. I’ve never taken the time to complain about any business in my life but this was just too far over the top — no exaggeration, I couldn’t make this stuff up. If they are publicly traded, I am going to short Oreilly/Checker tomorrow. The worst consumer experience of my life without exception.
