Had warranty on battery and little hesitant to fulfill, although assit manager was not very helpful, manager attempted but I think boxed in. District manager did eventually step up. The rest of staff usually very pleasant and read to help out!

I have a bad experience every time I have to buy something from this store. If you can drive to Phoenix to get your parts, you will be happier. The staff here is under-educated and never gets me the right part the first time. All of the employees seem more interested in hanging out and gossiping about what happened the night before than in helping me get the part I need. Stores like this are why I buy online and risk becoming a victim of identity theft. Not to mention the parts the sell are cheap Chinese garbage. Even with the lifetime warranty you’ll be wasting hours in labor switching out the same part over and over. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

I was in quite a pickle the other day, and Greg from O’Reilly Auto Parts saved the day. I was dropping my son off at school when my battery died. Since I know nothing about cars, I called my husband, who called O’Reilly Auto Parts. Greg not only drove to where I was to try and jump my car(there was no one around and it was pitch dark), but when that didn’t help, he drove back to the store, brought the battery to me, and changed the battery right there in the school parking lot. Did I mention it was 42 degrees outside? Not only was this great service, but Greg went above and beyond to help me out of a crappy situation. I appreciate a guy like that!
