Rob treated me as a valued customer and took the time to get to know me and my needs, and advised on other projects I might consider. I feel very comfortable having him perform my plumbing work and will trust them with future work.

This company sent a technician out to work on my parent’s heat pump unit and frankly everything that could possibly go wrong did. I will not go into detail but if I were rating on that service call I would have had to give them a negative 10 stars. However, being a business owner myself I decided the best course of action was to contact the boss and see if they could make this situation right. Mike Brewer is a man of great integrity in my eyes. Not only did he send someone out right away to get the problems resolved, he admitted that they had several issues internally to deal with regarding this matter and didn’t try to sugar coat it and make excuses. I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone! EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I usually don’t write reviews on businesses. I’m more of a foodie. But when your A/​C breaks down on a Friday night and you have to cook all weekend because you are expecting 20 people for dinner on Monday, this is the place to call. We first called our regular company who would not have been able to help until the following week. Then I remembered a friend mentioning that Mike Brewer, who I had dealt with for plumbing issues in the past, had recently purchased this franchise. He is one of the most honest and fair proprietors I know. Sure enough. I called him. His guy called me within the hour and the repairman was at my house bright and early Saturday. This was not an easy fix. A very old system. But they got me up and running for company and came back right after to fix the rest. The service guys were SO friendly, helpful and personable. They will be checking back with me as the temperature climbs and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.
