A great 1 – 2 punch! What I mean is they do solar and energy audits. I really had a great experience first understanding my home needs for tightening up then adding solar so I would never need to pay the power company. If I did not do the audit I would have paid something, just a little but now I will get a check instead! Thank you Leon and Rusty for all the great service through this process. I did not like some of the communication. I had to call several times to see what the next step was going to be and when. But the install is very professional.

Had a problem with my ceiling fan where the remote and light both stopped working. Changing the bulb didn’t fix it, so I needed a reprogramming. These guys came out and fixed it pronto, and at a very fair price. My neighbors also use them and have been happy. A great locally owned business!

After looking through gazillions of fans on the internet I found the fan of my dreams at Brasswinds Fan Doctor’s website. So I called them on the phone to make sure it would not chop anyone’s head off and the salesperson really went above and beyond to help me out. Feeling very happy I placed my order, complimentary shipping-​gotta love that, and before I hung the phone up the FedEx guy was here with it. We just installed it and it really pulls the room together. I am very thankful to Brasswinds Fan Doctor for having the perfect accessory and for their top notch customer service!
