9 years and 3 children later… I am still going to this Pediatrician. That should speak for itself! I typically don’t wait longer than 10 min in the waiting room which is a HUGE plus when you have a little one that is sick. Billing is always accurate and fair. They have had the same staff members since I started going here 9 years ago! They know me and my kids… which makes it personal. I can get same day appointments when needed and they even offer appointments on Saturdays!

We have been seeing Dianne Olson, N.P. for two years. Professional, supporting, and answers all questions. The specialties here are spot on, and they are knowledgeable about what they focus on.

I wanted to like this pediatrician. I have found that bedside manner is lacking and while we have been visiting for a couple of years, we are not remembered. I don’t gather that it is memory as much as it is lack of real interest in us as patients.
The MD has assumed that I am on AHCCCS, saying ‘aren’t you on AHCCCS?’ in-​front of her resident. I have employer sponsored benefits. Her false assumption definitely turned me off.

This is the 5th and last time I will be in this office. Every time it’s generally the same problem. I call for a appointment and they get us in. Then we sit in the check out for a hour more to see a doc or more often a nurse practitioner. This is very frustrating because they rarely seem busy and the nurses seem to be hanging out talking. Matter of fact I’m writing this review as I sit in the front waiting room just waiting to be checked out by Dr. Kutler who decided to have a staff meeting in the middle of our appointment.
When it was all said and done it took two hours to be seen. I’m done with this place and leaving them for a different doctor!

We’ve been going to Ahwatukee Pediatrics for 8 years. We have found the Dr. Kutler and staff to be very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They can usually fit us in for urgent appointments as well. We have consistently been given accurate diagnosis and tests are routinely taken when symptoms are present.

I attempted several times but I realized that the doctor did not take the time to explain to patients what is best for their children.
