This apartment complex does not keep the amenities open like the basketball court. It has been closed for nearly 2 months because they cannot figure out the security for the court at night and unwelcome people are loud and playing in the early morning hours. This is suppose to be a secure gated community. Discussing this issue with the office staff several times has not helped. There has been issues with the hot tub and at the new pool many of the furniture cushions have been stolen.

I stayed here for 6 months when I first moved to Austin. Totally enjoyed my stay, very friendly management, spacious apartment, great amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a secure and fun environment

I’ve been living in this apt. complex in Pflugerville for about 3 months (with my husband and 2 young kids). So far I really love it here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They’re always there with a smile and bowl of candy/​cookies (at the office). The maitnenance staff answers fixing issues fast. The pool is big, nice, and always open (unlike some other complexes). Their social events (free food/​drink, and music are great). The apt. is clean, spacious, walk-​in closets, double sinks, bathtub, standing shower. The kitchen includes microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. You can rent washer/​dryer. Their clubhouse is so spacious and inviting with free coffee 24/​7, billiard room, TV. They have a nice big gym, w/​free bootcamp classes twice a week. The gym has a suana and steam room. I really enjoy living here.
