McDonalds

Ordered a special order for quarter pounder. It was fixed exactly as I ordered it. Amazing huh. I went inside to place my order. I think it makes a difference when they see fire in your eyes vs your voice thru the speaker in the drive thru. Fear produces accuracy. My fries were warm. I really wanted piping hot fresh out of the grease fries, but I guess someone has to get the sitting under the light for a few minute fries. I was going straight home where there is a working microwave, so warm fries did not bother me. They made it home. If they were piping hot, I would have devoured them in the car on the drive home.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s consistently for 17 years and they still manage to fuck it up about 50% of the time. Like seriously I’ve learned my lesson

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a simple breakfast meal at around 10am. I was not told a total for my order at the speaker, the order did not come up on the screen and when I paid the cashier with a credit card, she never told me what the total was. The breakfast sandwich also had cheese on it when I specifically asked for it without. That’s what I get for going to McDonald’s. I learned my lesson now and won’t be going back.

Look, obviously this is McDonalds. You don’t go into McDonalds expecting a whole lot. You do however expect more than this location provides.
First, the serving lines are poorly designed so that once you have made your way through the chaotic, undefined line and placed your order and once it is completed, it sits on the counter directly underneath the mouths of strangers who are placing their own order until you can work your way back thru the mob to retrieve it. Gross.
Then, once you have your order you head over to the drink/​condiment station where you quickly discover that they are out of ketchup, straws and napkins. Yes, every time. So yay — you get to go back through the throng once again to get these accoutrements for your family! Got it all? Good. Now to the dining room!
Fortunately, due most likely to the inefficiency of the ordering/​delivery system, there always seems to be seating available in the dining area. Unfortunately however, it’s usually pretty filthy. Again, it is McDonalds so nobody expects white linens on the tables, but this is far below par for every other McDonalds I’ve ever visited. Sweep the floor and wipe the tables once in a while!
The food is fine. No better or worse than any other McDonalds, but every other part of this location is sub-​par to say the least.
I am not a snob — I eat fast food several times a week and I have children who enjoy McDonalds so I speak from experience when I say this location is below the expectations one would normally have of a chain such as this one. Go across the street to Dairy Queen or Taco Bell. Or hit up Moonies or Freddie’s up the road. They’re worth the extra cash.

I feel like I’m in the ghetto. This place is so dirty and out of everything. Whoever manages this place has to go. So awful!

Just sat at their second speaker waiting to give my order for way too long. Spoke to a Manager and she said no one is taking orders for that speaker due to being short staffed. This is a poor excuse and BAD management. What an awful manager. Owners please reply to this

So apparently some dumbass at the drive thru window cant greet customers right or even change their menus to what is being served. I did not want breakfast. I wanted something else but the menu showed nothing that was served and had no breakfast on the menu. So when I asked for something on the menu, he laughed like I was the dumb one. And I asked then what the hell are you serving because the menu does not show it. When I drive up to the drive thru instead of welcoming me he answered with «Yeah». Not welcome to McDonald’s etc. He said, «yeah» you are not answering the phone and you are not in the ghetto so talk right you stupid person. There is a reason I hate McDonalds but there was nothing else open and now for sure I will never return again this place sucks.

Ugh. The absolute worst McDonald’s EVER. PEOPLE!!! How friggin’ hard is it to make coffee? How hard is it to know that «hot» means a hot latte, and not iced??? Whyyyyy can’t you do ANYTHING right??? Please-​clean that disgusting drive through window, too.
Honestly, never again.

This place horrible. First off its a fast food chain so the workers need to pick up the pace. And if your gonna mess up my order at least make it fast. How can you take your time and mess up simple orders. I stopped going there all together after my husbands burger was red in the middle. So nasty

I never have problems in the evening, but every trip I’ve made during the morning or around lunch time has been a disaster. I’m not sure if its the rushes, or maybe because the high schoolers dine here during those hours, but just expect your order to get mixed up, there won’t be anyone thanking you for your visit, and heaven forbid for any of them to smile. But hey the food is cheap so I guess. Also, I wouldn’t suggest for anyone to spend big money here. Their food really doesn’t match the prices. Order from the $$ menu. Anything else will be a disappointment.

It’s McDonald’s, not Chili’s or P.F. Chang’s so don’t expect top class customer service. I’m giving them 3 stars being that they are close and I love the new look of the store and because I have been going to this location since I was in Elementary school. But sometimes I can’t even go in without the non-​English speaking burger flippers getting my order wrong. I strongly believe that if you are going to come into this country you need to learn how speak, read and write English fluently before coming here. For god sake one time I ordered a Big Mac and got two apple pies and a small coffee.

Apparently the redesign of this location didn’t help with the food. Old grease… Breakfast sandwiches are not fresh.

What is up with McDonalds and thier training when it comes to their menu. It never fails, I order a McDouble an actual item on their menu and not a double cheeseburger and what do I get? Yes, a double cheeseburger! Apparently if you do not want cheese, on you McDouble (which does not come with cheese) you have to order it without cheese. I only assumed that if I wanted a double burger WITH CHEESE, I would have ordered the double cheese burger!
The only tip I can give you regarding this mess is this, if you enjoy a couple of slices of cheese on your hamburger and your a risk taker; order the McDouble and most likely you’ll get a double cheeseburger and save yourself twenty cents.

We did the drive thru, so I cant comment too much on the inside. BUT this location is NOW 24 hours, inside AND outside. YAY! They have a huge outdoor playground for the chirrins, and everything appears well kept!
Fries were hot and fresh, and drinks werent messy!

Sadly I come here at least 1−2times a week. They rarely mess up my order, drive thru is usually fast moving, but it’s McDonalds, so it would take something special to give this more than 3 stars.

Eh, you know how it is. McDonald’s, usual fast food, yaddayaddayadda but this place was kept very clean and the employees were courteous. The manager, I think, looked pregnant and waved away the extra change I should’ve paid, accepting the bills only so I could skip messing around with coins. After that she made the shake but the wrong flavor, but this was righted immediately. I still felt somewhat bad about it because she was pregnant and seemed very nice.
