I’ve had one claim with Germania insurance. It was for hail damage to our roof. The process was easy and I was satisfied with the outcome.
But Dean doesn’t write the policy or settle claims. He sells the insurance and my rating has to do with that aspect of the business. He was one of two agents/​agencies I could reach and get a quote at the time we were buying our house. Everyone else seemed too busy to take our money. Thanks Dean. Appreciate the good old fashion customer service.

They don’t cover anything except roofs. Waste of your money, and also a huge risk to your investment in your house. I’ve paid out of pocket $ 23K in damages to my home’s plumbing and foundation, just in the past 6 months. They didn’t pay a dime.
Also Dean will annually try to sell you car insurance.
