this restaurant is so new they aren’t even listed in yet. the banners on the façade say they are fast food indian. there is seating and the menu is on the wall above the deli-style full-service area. they have your choices of two entrée, three entrée, one-meat/one veg, two meat/one veg. you get the idea. they are not flexible at all so you’re just going to have to deal with that arrangement. there is no custom ordering or made to order. i ordered the fish curry with rice and a veg korma to-go so the food came in a very deep portioned plastic bento box style container w/attached lid. it was a pain to mix my rice and entrees. the rice was kind of greasy and the veg korma was rather red. the cauliflower looked like it was dyed a beet color but the fish curry was tasty. the total cost for two small servings of entrees and larger serving of rice was just over $ 7.00(5.99+tax) i had a thermo-cup for the chai(i always get the chai) filled to the rim for a buck. it was unsweetened which i prefer but too hot to drink and the flavor? well there was too much of one thing and not enough of the other things. very bland. i really tried to like this chai. in fact, i let it cool down(still have some in my thermo-cup) and it still tastes bland. will i go back? probably not. it sure beats mcdonalds though.
