Fabulous! I’ve been going here for years, and have interacted with both the past and current owners, as well as the staff ~ all of whom are very pleasant to work with. My first real birthstone ring was purchased here when I was just 13 years old and I still have it — custom made, just for me!
Recently, a rare and irreplaceable strand of my grandmothers one-​of-​a kind crystals were taken here to be broken down and made into bracelets and earrings for her granddaughters and great granddaughters. I have no words for the end result, except OUTSTANDING! The earrings and bracelets are stunning with the best of clasps and fasteners to ensure staying on securely. In addition, we were told if we wanted any adjustments made, to come back immediately and they would assist. Well true to their word, one of the granddaughters wanted here bracelet just a little larger, and with the crystals left this is happening.
I think there is a big difference between local jewelers vs. large chain jewelers, and I prefer the local and more personalized service we receive. Along with their expertise, explanations and quotes, you’re involved in the whole process and leave understanding what you’re paying for.

Went here to first time to have a ring and a toe ring sized. Was left with a sour taste in my mouth after they charged more than they quoted. Also, my toe ring split right where it was sized about a month and a half later. I thought there was a chance I had misunderstood the pricing originally and I needed to go back to have them fix the toe ring, so when a teeny-​tiny pavé diamond fell out of my engagement ring I thought I’d give them another chance. Everyone deserves a second chance, right? Wrong.
They wanted to take my engagement ring for a week and couldn’t give me a price. I walked out, decided I didn’t want to wait a week, called around to a few places, then went back in and said I wanted my engagement ring back as I didn’t want to leave it for a week. The girl at the counter told me she thought the owner had come in the back in the meantime, so she could now ask about price and check the wait time. The jeweler came out, and was flat out arrogant when the girl at the counter told him I wanted my ring back as I didn’t want to wait a week. I told them I had found a place that said they’d have it done in 2 – 3 days, to which the jeweler replied, «I doubt that.» He then asked how much the other place quoted me. I lied and added $ 25 to the other guy’s price saying they quoted between $ 65 – 80. The jeweler told me it’d be $ 80 and that they could now have it done by Tuesday, saying that was 2 days as it was Friday today, and they were closed Sunday and Monday (so Saturday — Tuesday counted as 2 days). Um, no. That’s 2 business days. Big difference. It’s not my fault you’re closed.
Also, the jeweler wanted to charge me $ 15 to fix the toe ring that he had sized a month and a half prior. The ring only cost $ 20 when I bought it over 15 years ago and he had already charged me $ 30 to size it– and it broke where they did the work! The owner said it was my fault as the ring was bent. It’s a toe ring! And it’s just a thin band of silver. Of course it bent! And it’s not like it had been a year or more, it was a month and a half! If the job was done right in the first place it would not have broken.
Long story short I took my engagement ring somewhere else. It was done same day and I was charged $ 30! $ 50 less than I was quoted here!
If the arrogance wasn’t enough to keep me away, the fact that this guy completely overcharges and doesn’t endorse his work is. I will never go back to this place again.

Very, very helpful people! The owner is a sweetheart who goes out of his way to help, even coming out to my truck to measure my ring size. I am handicapped and don’t get around well.
I recently went there to have them clean my ring and right then and there they cleaned it. Telling me everything I’d want to know about how to keep it clean. Great people!

After taking my ring to another store in town and being disappointed in the service and outcome I was somewhat hesitant to have someone else «fix» my ring again. I LOVE my engagement ring 18 years later. Rob was incredible. He listened to the story, understood how difficult it was for me to change my ring at all and held my hand through the entire process. I appreciated the sketches of the setting and his amazing attention to detail.

I was sent here by the watch shop in the outlets to get my battery repaired and they did not disappoint. The cool part was even though I had gotten there after closing time by a few minutes (the wrong time was posted online somewhere) they let me come in and put the new battery in right away. Thanks you guys! I will definitely be back for any battery replacements in the future.

Gold N Time, thank you for standing up for your customers. I had an issue that required the professional help of Gold N Time. My issue had extended over a long period of time and my hopes of getting resolution were slim. However, after engaging the assistance of the owner and his professional experience a solution was put into place that resulted in everyone being happy. How often does that happen in today’s world of customer service?
I wanted to acknowledge the extra efforts at every level extended by Gold N Time on my behalf. I have been in the store a number of times and each time I have been personally welcomed into the store. My issues and or concerns have been addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction.
I would without hesitation recommend Gold N Time to a friend for any jewelry needs.

There aren’t enough stars to give Rob and Gold N Time Jewelers the review he deserves. We discovered this delightful shop 2 years ago at Christmas time. I needed some repair work done on some jewelry for my husband, and working with Rob, I not only got excellent repairs done, he worked with me so I could make a significant purchase as well. He helped to make a wonderful Christmas that year! Now we take all our business to Rob. He’s easy to develop a rapport with, and above all, we trust him. That’s one of the reasons we keep going back. Trust. That’s priceless to us. His shop is beautiful, the quality of his products are the absolute best and he’s very easy to talk to. I would not consider taking my business anywhere else.

This store have the most awesome service! If you need a watch serviced or jewelry repaired, Robert is the guy to take it to! Highly recommended!

My experience here was absolutely awful! I’m not quite sure where to begin because this has been a long drawn out waste of time.
I had to come in a total of SIX times to finally get a price on a pendant I wanted to order. Mia was very helpful and called the company to ask for prices and then finally gave me my price for my choices. I heard her in the back tell the owner that she doubled the prices from what they have to pay for the pendant and he was upset because I’m guessing he wanted it to be raised higher. I had a coupon that they offered on their website and the owner did not want to apply it because he said I was already getting a «great deal.» The day before, I told him my budget was preferably around $ 400 and he said that he could definitely make it work and give me a deal.
Today after countless times coming in, he told me that it wasn’t going to work out and he was not going to honor the prices I was quoted.
He didn’t apologize or actually say a word and neither did I as I left disappointed and upset. What garbage of a business. Don’t waste your time.

I have had great results with Gold N Time Jewelers in every transaction that I have been involved with. The staff is very knowledgeable and personable. The workmanship is expert and professional, as is the demeanor of the owner and staff of this establishment. I am so very glad that I found this jewelry shop and jeweler and jewelry available at Gold N Time! All of the aspects are top drawer and first class.
I have found the prices to be very reasonable and competitive for this industry, but the main thing is the quality and concern to excellence that I have experienced here. I am a faithful customer and I would highly recommend anyone to stop in and see this store — and I can vouch for the trustworthiness of the staff and owner as I have had many, many items repaired/​replaced and some design work done, which I was extremely happy with, and I’ve purchased fabulous jewelry here.

I had a gold pendent that had diamond stones inset in it, but I never seemed to wear it. I took it into Gold N Time Jewelers and talked to Rob about what to do with it. I asked him if it would be possible to put these stones in my wedding band. He agreed that it would be a good way to reset them. I left my gold band with him and he said he it would take a while to re-​design the stones as he works with the stones and the ring and moves them around just to find the «right place» for each stone. I got the call on a Wednesday to let me know the ring was finished and ready for me to pick up.
When the ring was presented to me I couldn’t believe my eyes… WOW! I was almost speechless to say the least… It’s absolutely beautiful! He did a fabulous job on the setting and I can’t wait for everyone to see it. My husband was extremely happy as well. Thank you Rob, for taking the time to re-​design this special piece of jewelry for me. I will treasure it forever…

This is our family jeweler and the one we trust with all of our jewelry items no matter how small or expensive.
While my customer service experience has been mixed depending on who is working, the work speaks for itself. My mother had her inherited diamond ring re-​set and the diamond re-​cut and it turned out perfect and with an increased value. I have had my diamond earrings re-​set and had new gold posts put on them (which I was initially afraid to do because they were also inherited), but they turned out great.
They have done most of our appraisals, sizing, and other simple repairs. The store is small, but they have catalogs full of tons of options and I always appreciate the honest opinion. I trust the outside consultants the-​y use for work they don’t do in house.

Just had to let everyone know about my ‘stop in’ at this store.
I needed a new battery for my watch. I happen to have a coupon that I had received in the mail and they were more than happy to accept it. I was in and out within 5 minutes and hope to return for jewelry cleaning and maybe pick up a few bobbles for myself soon. Thank you folks!

I brought a watch with a broken clasp in about 30 minutes before the store closed on a Saturday. I was hurried out (e.g., they took the watch but forgot to give a claim slip until I asked) and was told that it would be ready on the following Tuesday. My husband returned Tuesday afternoon and was told that it was not ready – we would receive a call when it was. After a full week and no call, he returned to see what was going on and was told they hadn’t been able to fix it and what kind of watch was it? Ummm, thanks for the call? And, can’t you tell what kind of watch it is by looking at the brand? Indifferent attitude, no communication, lack of professionalism. Need to find another option. Anyone have any suggestions?
