I had my wedding rings soldered here. My wedding band is slightly larger than the engagement ring. They were able to join them to where the two look identical. Excellent service and a beautiful job to boot. Thanks guys!

For clarification, I did not sell my mom’s gold to this business, nor would I return to them for any reason after receiving some condescending private messages from ‘DW’. Lying about buying my family’s gold and continuing to talk down to people is not how you make good on a soured customer experience.

i bought a 10 year anniversary gift for my wife a couple weeks ago here. the piece didn’t fit onto her existing necklace so the nice people at Hollingsworth refitted it for free. this is not the first time that i have shopped there, and this will not be the last time. thumbs up!

I was really disappointed in Hollingsworth. My sister and I spent more than $ 500 on a Pandora bracelet and charms, a gift, for my mother. Hollingsworth did a nice job on the custom charms we ordered. I received my own Pandora bracelet for my birthday, but it wasn’t the one I wanted. I went to Hollingsworth with the intention of exchanging it and buying all my own charms through them. Tammy wouldn’t exchange it because she said they don’t carry the particular bracelet and she would be charged by Pandora. I had to drive all the way to SF to exchange it. The people at the Pandora store were aghast that Hollingsworth wouldn’t make the exchange.

I had a diamond reset into a pendant. The staff was really helpdul, answering all of my questions and giving me an accurate and reasonable quote. They performed the job in just 24 hours — faster than expected. Will definitely be going back.

Mike and his wife are so very patient and helpful. I also really appreciate how low-​pressure these two are. This past fall, I was in twice with my mother to look at engagement rings. Each time, we were in the store for more than an hour getting full attention from someone, and both were so informative, patient, and helpful. They helped me choose the right ring for my lifestyle and taste. They keep a note card with my name and favorite styles written down. I ended up wanting a ring with blue sapphire instead of a diamond and they’ve gone above and beyond making it happen for me.
I’m so glad I decided to go local jewelry shop. My boyfriend is saving up to come in and buy it this spring. And I’m sure we’ll be returning to choose our wedding bands.
I also want to comment on what a HUGE range of engagement rings they have in the store. I went to about 7 different jewelry stores throughout Sonoma County when I started shopping initially. Hollingsworth has the biggest collection of engagement rings I’ve seen anywhere. I tried on dozens. Also, if you like a ring and you want to change the size of the stones, they can have it done. This was helpful because I came in with a strict budget.
We went in and got an education on all aspects of engagement rings, that’s what I needed to feel comfortable making such an important purchase. Thank you both! I’ll be coming in this spring to purchase.

Awesome– I called and asked if they could clean/​polish my ring. I went in an hour later– and they did it while I waited. Great inventory. I only wish I had taken my ring here for the last repair. I will definitely be using them for all my future jewelry needs. They were very friendly and helpful.

My fiancé and recently bought our rings from Hollingsworth Jewelers. We started looking for our rings on New Years day and they were the ONLY jewelers open. After browsing we went on our merry way to look at more shops on anther day.
After visiting countless other jewelers we decided to visit Hollingsworth again because they were so nice and friendly. I was thrilled to find THE ring for me.
A few months later after visiting countless other stores for my Fiancé’s ring we went back simply to ask questions and to try on every ring possible so he could get a better idea of what he wanted. Hollingsworth is where we both felt comfortable asking all the questions. We did not expect to find my Fiancé’s ring there as well but we did.
I was thrilled to find both our rings at the same Establishment. The cherry on the Sundae was how helpful and nice they are.

I have been to Hollingsworth Jewelers a few time to have minor jewelry repair done and I just recently had the prongs on my engagement ring fixed. They are friendly, knowledgeable and do a nice job on repairs and ring cleaning. I am happy to be wearing my ring again as it looks great and sparkles like it did 27 years ago when my husband put it on my finger. I don’t trust jewelry chains and love doing business in our town. I used to come here when it was Cerini Jewelers!

It is two days before my wedding and my wedding band is one size to big. I called a few places in town and nobody could help me out on such short notice! Tammy told me to come in immediately and they could have it ready by noon the next day. Very professional and wasted no time getting me what I needed. She was very calm and collected which helped me relax. The ring was ready on time and fit like a glove. She even cleaned my engagement ring on my way out. I recently visited Hollingsworth Jewelers to have some family heirloom diamond rings cleaned in preparation to propose to my fiancé. Mike and Tammy were extremely friendly, helpful, and generous with their time. They cleaned and polished the rings free of charge and analyzed the cut, clarity and color of the diamonds.
The shop is in a great location in downtown Petaluma next to the Mystic Theater, and you get a level of service far better than at any jewelery chain.
