Last week was my first time here and I loved it so I had to come back today the potatoe salad is my favorite!!! They have some good deals on the meals the the customer service is good only complaint I’d say is the chicken needs a little more seasoning but I still enjoy!

Potato salad is bomb, chicken was great, and the rice just tops it off. Lunch special baby is enough for two what a bargain …,

I went to pick up a mini pack yestrrday and i must say for the first time in a long time the place look clean in the eating area. I walk up to the counter and the girl was ok. Didn’t smile didn’t say hello. Just took my order which is ok because im going there to get their great chicken which is really good but when i got home my potato salad was the worse i have ever had. It had this really bad bitter taste. Which was weird because i have never had that before. Hopefully when i go back in the near future, which i will give them another shot, i hope this doesn’t happen again or else ill have to buy checken only which will be disappointing because i love their potato salad. Everyone has an off hopefully not twice.

I am truly disappointed in this establishment especially in a certain female who wears glasses and is always extremely rude to my family and I. She is very rude and announces the place is closing before it ever is so she rushes you out. She ruins it for the other females who have been very kind to my family and I. I believe she is racist and I think she should be fired because there are plenty of people who are having a hard time trying to find jobs and are professional. People like her ruin a good place to eat and a great city. I lived in the inland empire my whole life and even met the owner of Juan pollo and I have been only treated with kindness. i have only been here in Perris for less than a year and this is the worst Juan pollo around.

The tacos here are the most un-​mexican tacos I’ve ever had… a slight step above Taco Bell. I mean soft tacos with flour tortillas and grated Cheddar cheese? Remind you of anything? Anyway, the chicken inside the tacos was very good, making me want to try their Rotisserie Chicken (they rave about it all over the reviews). Darn, I should’ve changed my order.

Okay so people talk about the how the chicken is good! So I came to pick some up got a family meal pack!
Sure the chicken is Great! The rice is ok, the beans are not good at all! Don’t eat the potato salad it’s nasty!!!
To top it off the hand out spoiled salsa not good!
I will not come back!

This is my favorite spot in town.
Their food is amazing, and they’re so quick. Juan Pollo isn’t the type of place you sit down and eat at. You can, but it’s better if you just grab your food and head home to the family.
Their rice is amazing. Their potato salad is excellent when you throw salt and pepper on it, and the chicken is the most amazing chicken… ever.
I’m obsessed. It’s inexpensive, and it’s fabulous for group pickup orders.

Never disappoints! Great fast food alternative

Seriously? Dude. U don’t go here for the ambience, u go here for the food. Which is always excellent, always fast, always cheap. If u came here for the bathrooms, ur a schmuck… come on, this is Perris, what were u expecting? The restroom at the Madonna Inn?

Pretty good chicken, in all locations that I have been to, however service is always slow and the restrooms are just a little on the dirty side, would rather go to another location
