The worst cable and internet provider I have ever used. We are a military family and have used a lot of other cable companies and this is by far the worst experience. I was offered a $ 10 bill credit for months of trouble with the cable and I did not accept it and was offered $ 20 and that was the absolute maximum. I also was not told I was in a 2 year contract when I signed up and will have to pay $ 240 to cancel service which seems like a good deal to me just to not have to deal with this company anymore. I will never recommend cox to anyone and regret my decision to use them

My internet has been intermittent with an average download speed of .5 mbs(not 25−50mbs as advertised) and I just now scheduled my FIFTH technician visit for next week. That will be the FIFTH day I will be unable to work while I wait on a repair person and in return I will have a short period of time where my internet will work. This is SO unacceptable and I am SO fed up with Cox! And they were so kind to offer me a $ 20 for my time since I stayed home all day waiting on a tech that no showed!!!
