Been looking forward to checking this place out and finally made it there on Friday night with some girlfriends. Good atmosphere, food was decent but service was terrible. When we were given the wrong side dish and asked the waitress to change it, she refused. Even when we addressed our complaint to the manager, he was far from accommodating and reluctant to change it. Won’t be going back. Roberto, thank you for your response. I do not have their names but if it helps, we were there on Friday night, 6⁄10 at around 8:30 pm for dinner.

Honestly was not expecting to like this place. The spinach salad with chicken is without a doubt one of the best salads around, and don’t get me started on the dressing. They have great options for the pizza lover in your group. The décor is beautiful and the service did not disappoint for a Friday night.

SegaFredo Pembroke Pines is a great place to have brunch, lunch or dinner. The ambience is comforting and the food delicious. My boyfriend and I always come for the bottomless mimosas which is a great deal! The pizza is always a must when we come to eat whether it’s lunch or dinner. The manager Sean Bradford is one of the most caring, attentive and wonderful managers I have ever met. He always make sure that we have a pleasant experience and leave happy. We always come back because of him.

We had a very large event for our organization, we were almost 90 people and the event went flawless, the service was incredibly good!(considering the amount of guests we had) and the manager in charge of the event Sean Bradford, was extremely accommodating and professional. He made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much to Segafredo’s team, they all made our event extra special

Came here for ladies night(Wednesdays) and they have BOGO free until 11pm. My friend came into town and we decided to stop by this place because we heard good things about their drinks. The drinks weren’t watered down, which is great considering it was discounted. I loved their«sweet & innocent»(??) — its their alcoholic lychee drink. It comes with an actual lychee! I love lychee so it was perfect for me but if you’re not a big sweet/fruity drink person, it might be too sweet for you. I didn’t try the food here so I can’t comment on it but from the pizza that my friend ordered it looked good. The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is mainly for the customer service. My friend and I waited at the bar for 20 minutes before we got our two drinks. Before people read this and think«its a bar! you gotta wait!». .. the bar was empty because everyone else was sitting down in the couches/tables and they had waiters. We went straight to the bar. We had to ask three times to make sure that they didn’t forget about us. I’m sure we were not the only ones waiting for drinks but the restaurant wasn’t full at all and there were other bartenders. The next time we ordered, we made sure we got two each so we wouldn’t have to wait that long again to get another drink. Not sure how long we would have waited if the restaurant was full. :\

Yes it is unfortunate that comparing you to the segafredos in Brickell you are completely below standard. They can be crazy busy, and in a very stressful location(considering competition) and still be recognized as a fun, good place to go, Pembroke pines location just doesn’t cut it… Even the response is a demonstration of lack of effort. Thanks for responding, have a great day.

This review is based on service/management. I went here for a Mother’s Day lunch with my family, And although I’ve been here a few times in the past and do enjoy it, I doubt I’ll be back. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to brunch ending and were seated immediately. Our waiter told us if we wanted anything from the brunch menu we needed to order it now. My daughter was the only one who wanted a brunch item so we placed her order immediately. The waiter left to go put her order in but promptly came back to get the rest of our orders. Since the rest of us were ordering off the lunch menu he explained he would not be able to put our orders in for 20 minutes after brunch ended. We were fine with that. 50 minutes later all of the lunch items came to our table, but my daughters pancakes that were ordered first still hadn’t arrived. I asked our waiter if he could check on it and he went to go find out. Approximately five minutes after he left, a manager came to the table to explain a mix up in the kitchen. My daughters pancakes were given to another table and unfortunately they had no more pancake mix. After a back-and-forth with my daughter who is extremely picky and didn’t want anything else she ended up getting the kids burger. The manager left to go place that order after again apologizing. When my daughter finished her meal, the manager came back to offer her a complementary dessert for the pancake debacle. Naturally this will make any 11-year-olds day and it finally got the manager a smile from my daughter. My daughter told her what she liked on her ice cream and the manager went to go place the order. Almost 25 minutes later the manager came back to check on my daughter who still didn’t have her ice cream. When she saw that the ice cream hadn’t arrived she went back to check on it. Maybe two minutes later our waiter brought it to us, completely melted. You could tell the ice cream had been sitting there waiting to be delivered to our table. I got the waiters attention and explain to him that the ice cream was melted. His explanation, «oh no it’s not melted it’s just soft because they go in and out of the freezer all day.» Are you kidding me?! Then he told me which completely shocked me «Don’t worry this ice cream is complementary.» So let me get this straight, if a customer is receiving a complementary item because of the restaurants screw up with an order, we should take it as is and be grateful because we’re not paying for it??? I handed him back the ice cream and told him I would like a new one and I would be glad to pay for it. My daughter got her new ice cream, that came out of the same freezer and wasn’t soft/melted, and guess what I surely did pay for it. Mixups happen anywhere you go, that’s to be expected. But the manor in which this was handled was disgusting. The resolution to this was simple. My daughters meal and unmelted ice cream should’ve been complementary being it took 90 minutes for her to even get food, and not the food she ordered. I will no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone as I would want no one to have the experience we did this time.

My friends and I had an amazing brunch experience. The food was good. Our waiter was awesome! Request our waiter if you go, his name is Juan. He went above and beyond for my whole party. Overall a great experience.

Segafredo was a disappointment. Parking was a nightmare. It took almost 30 minutes to find a parking spot. I had admired this place from the outside, while shopping in the area a number of times. I should have been satisfied admiring it from the outside. It took forever to get a table for three and they were not that busy. We had to wait forever for our food. Everything came out slow… slow… slow. Two out of three of our entrees were delivered to the table on the cold side. They were eventually reheated and delivered to the table again, only to find that one entrée was now overcooked.
The only thing this place has going for it is the décor and the ambience. It is truly a beautiful restaurant but the food and the service disappoints.

The last two times we went to this place our food was not how it use to be, our food was cold and ever since they change the menu, the restaurant has been on a steady decline in quality. The turkey panini is not the same they put too much cranberry sauce and the turkey taste like plastic and it was cold! Yesterday we went for brunch and the burger on their brunch menu is not the same either it was cold and the fries over fried. My sister’s food looked like they threw it on her plate… very sad. I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon. They need to focus more on quality of food and presentations.

I have visited this restaurant quite a few times since my first visit for happy hour. They have a very good happy hour specials and the food tastes very good. We always request the service of Victoria. She is very good, friendly and attentive.

We came for brunch on a Sunday — fantastic service, no reservations needed, and no wait time. The vibe is very nice inside and the outdoor seating is beautiful on a pretty day. The food options are very typical — unfortunately the french toast was nothing to brag home about, but the hangover burger was huge and very good! The french toast was really soggy. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren’t for this. The red sangria was very good — a pitcher for $ 24. The prices are very decent for a nice brunch spot in Pembroke Gardens. I’ve heard great things about their pizza’s — I need to go back for that.

Home from NYC and came here on a weekday for lunch with my sister. We’re both hard to please: me for my allergy and her for… well everything. Had 0 expectations but we were very impressed. So we ordered: –Prosecco: can’t go wrong but they added strawberries in each flute which was a nice touch. –calamari: lightly breaded and cooked to perfection. With fresh-squeezed lemon juice on top, just delicious! –the bread was really good with garlic, olive oil and black pepper –beef carpaccio: not the best we ever had, but decent –shrimp linguini: the chef accommodated for my allergy and this was EXCELLENT. Olive oil with red pepper flakes and garlic was to die for. He added basil too. So delicious. Maybe peak hours are busy but it was perfect spot for a nice lunch. Right across from Venetian nail salon too so that was great. I would come again for sure.

I wouldn’t know if the food is good here because I waited 30+ minutes for my drink order before I decided to just walk out. Never even got to try the drink I ordered.

We had a birthday party there last night for a party of 15. The food, wine, and driving was excellent. The waiters were attentive to everyone’s requests… Most of the time a nod was all that was needed to communicate with them. I feel that living in Miami, I almost have to leave town to get a decent combination of food and service. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Nice place. Really liked the vibe. It’s nicely set up and beautifully decorated. The bartender was not pleasant(maybe she was just having a bad day?), but the server at the table(Maisy??) was so friendly, that it totally made up for the bartender. We made it to the happy hour where we had 2 top shelf drinks a piece, 2 Irish coffees, and 2 orders of sliders. The grand total was $ 42.42. Not too shabby when split in half. The music they play is awesome. I didn’t ask if they serve shisha, but if they do, they may have a new regular… if they don’t… they should.

Scurrying around to find a place that could accommodate a party of 15 at the last minute, we called Segafredo who said they would be happy to accommodate us. We arrived and were seated. Our server was very helpful and attentive. The place had a loungey feel to it, but also had a large screen playing the football game. We started off with drinks and apps. The bacon wrapped dates were decent. I perused the menu and was surprised by the prices of the entrees but whatever — you pay extra for great food, right? Well, I was being cost conscious so ordered the spinach salad and split a Bianco pizza. The salad was okay. The pizza was a bit disappointing. The birthday girl ordered the gnocchi and it was probably one of the better things I tried but still nothing spectacular. My grandmother tried the steak pizziaola which she said was hard as a rock. My cousin tried it and he confirmed. We returned it and the server apologized and removed it from our bill. One of the good things about the food is that the portions were enough to feed us AND grandma without a problem. The desserts are good but tiny. SUMMARY: Cool ambiance. Welcome lounge in Pembroke Pines, but I’d skip the food until they work out the menu and just enjoy the drinks and atmosphere.

I’m a Segafredo OG. I’ve been going to the original Lincoln Road location before it was cool and always loved Segafredo for 2 things: 1) Strong, affordable drinks, 2) Great outdoor seating. The food was always more of a light bite to go along with the drinks and people watching. Naturally I was very excited that a Segafredo was opening near my house to provide some semblance of nightlife to the area. We were able to check it out for lunch and the concept is definitely different from the first as this is more of a formal restaurant with a full menu and unfortunately, very limited outdoor seating. We started with the Kofta Lamb meatballs. Although they were tasty, I found them to be pretty dry. Also, the yogurt mint sauce was a good complement to the meatballs but the ring of balsamic around the dish did not go well with the dish at all and was not needed. For lunch I had the caprese & proscuitto panini and the wife had the spinach, bosch, & goat cheese salad with chicken. The sandwich was pretty good but the salad was amazing. The portion is pretty big and the goat cheese was creamy and provided just the right amount of tartness. We saw that they also serve full pizzas here and judging by the size they are more than enough for 2 people to split. I was happy they had Moretti La Rosa here, but otherwise there is a full bar. Overall, I found it to be a pleasant lunch experience with good service. It isn’t as good as the original but relative to other options at Pembroke Gardens it is certainly a welcome addition.

I came to Segafredo’s for a friends birthday dinner. Showed up with 5 other people and a baby carrier at 6pm. The hostess brought us to a table that would normally sit 4 people and explained that she would grab chairs from the take next to us but«can’t push the tables together because that table can be used for OTHER customers»…the way we were crowded into the table didn’t make us comfortable and definitely wouldn’t have made the table sitting next to us comfortable if anyone actually came to sit while we were dining. Happy hour was still happening and any drinks under $ 14 are 2−4−1. GREAT deal. Their drinks are pretty tasty. Three of us had mojito’s. We ordered some appetizers, Burrata, cheese & meat board and calamari with zucchini. Some servers accidentally my brought our table bacon wrapped dates and I’m not complaining since they were great and it was taken off the bill. The food is pretty tasty. The burrata was cooked perfectly, you can’t really mess up a meat and cheese board but it was presented nicely, calamari is calamari and the bacon wrapped dates were awesome. We ordered our food and everyone enjoyed it. I ordered the Carbonara, and the table ordered: Risotto Pescatore, Duck confit Cassoulet, linguini vongole and the mignon au cognac. The Carbonara was good. The bowl that it was presented in was a weird shape and all of sauce was sitting on the bottom. I really had to mix the pasta to spread the sauce but it was full of flavor. As we got our food, our server came over and said«it’s 6:45, almost the end of happy hour, did you want to put in some more drinks??» Two of us decided to get drinks and the server walked away. From the time that the drinks were ordered, she was back and forth to clean our table and have us order dessert. While we were still waiting, the manager came over at 7:20, hoped we were enjoying our meal and if there is anything he could do to please let him know… I mentioned the drink wait time and when he looked over to the bar, servers were crowded waiting for their drinks. The manager went to help at the bar and the desserts came out while we were still waiting. A cannoli sampler, baklava and Stromboli was ordered. I didn’t have a cannoli but the baklava and Stromboli were out of this world good. I would go back just for that. And incase you were wondering, drinks came out towards the end of dessert. We sat at the table and finished them after we paid. I would like to go back and try this place after a few more weeks/months since they just recently opened towards the end of April. I didn’t think the servers should have blamed their kitchen/bar problems on that since I have gone to newly opened restaurants and things ran smoothly with a lot more patrons. Side note if anyone from the restaurant sees this: get a baby changing station in the bathroom. My friend with her two month old baby had to sit on the toilet with her baby in her lap to change her!!!

So I have been patiently waiting for this place to open for months so its fair to say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I have gone to the segafredos in Brickell and I love it so i was really excited when I saw the sign for it in Pembroke Gardens. I went on opening weekend and it took about an hour and a half to sit down, the hostess told us one hour wait and that she would text us, we waited the hour and then companied that we hadn’t been seated yet and the hostess that talked to us the second time was a different girl, she told us ten more minutes because we were the next people up. After about 15 minutes we walk over to her because we notice a table that had left and we hadn’t received a text. we ask if we can sit there and she said yes. So finally we sit down! We were all really excited after waiting so long to finally eat, we ordered three drinks chicken marsala and an appetizer. Our waiter then comes back a few minutes later to inform us that they don’t have all the ingredients to make either of the things we ordered. At this point everyone was so frustrated that one of my friends simply got chicken fingers and fries and th other one got a capriccio. The food that we were served was good nothing extraordinary, nothing I would come back to this place for Oh, and i forgot to mention it took as long to get three drinks as it took them to make the food. I will definitely wait a month or two before going back, maybe it too new and they don’t have the adequate staff or training,
