The best passion fruit sorbet eveeeeeer. I am still dreaming to come back there and eat my favorite combination in the whole world: waffle cone with chocolate gelato and passion fruit sorbet! Yummm Nothing like this in Florida(at least to me) + plus has a really nice terrace to sit and enjoy my little treat!!!

I don’t recommend coming here unless you want overpriced ice cream, stale macaroons, and to have your credit card stolen. They do not have the prices for their gelato cup sizes readily displayed anywhere near that shop. One small and one medium gelato ended up costing me 15 bucks, and that’s without a tip, which the server did not deserve as she was inattentive and somewhat rude. Instead of a cash register, they have one of these new, trendy square modules that scan your credit cards. HOWEVER, I know from using one of these suckers that it is much easier to grab your credit and debit card numbers from this. Which I suspect is what happened because I came here two days ago, haven’t used the card since, and this morning, I woke up to a bunch of fraudulent charges on my card. All thanks to this stupid gelato place. Obviously, I would never recommend this place. Even after the card debacle, the gelato was okay(I’ve found better gelato in the Sawgrass mall). However, if you still feel the need to go, bring lots of cash.

Came in to split the hot pressed panini ice cream sandwich. It was very good. I chose the hazelnut gelato and they also put this nutella-like sauce that had crunchy rice-crisp bits in it as well. The warm exterior of the soft bun pairs very well with cold ice cream. I am not sure if the gelato is standalone good flavor, but in the panini it is very nice. I’ve had very similar at Epcot on a brioche bun, which is even better. But the bread they used will do. By the way, it was $ 7.

I love this place! Great flavors and they also sell macaroons. Is the perfect combination of sweet and sour. Is located nearby other stores and boutiques. My favorite is the coconut flavor. Their ice cream is a little pricey but is imported all the way from Italy. Yummy!

Pleasantly surprised! First off, I’ve never been a huge fan of gelatos, as you see one, you’ve seen them all, until yesterday. I stopped in with my mother as we just finished having our nails done and I thought to myself, let’s get something cold bc let’s face it, «Winter» is is officially over here. So I ordered a cup of cookies and cream and my mother ordered pistachio with a brownie on the side to share. All, delicious, BUT what made it all the more pleasant was the young man Nicolas, who took care of us. And because of him, he will be the reason we come back. Customer service like his is hard to come by, and in my book doesn’t go unnoticed. He was so attentive, kind, respectful, patient and the kind of person most businesses should want dealing with the public. Thanks again Nicholas, for taking good care of us, as we hope to see you again soon! If he’s there next time, I know my next review will be 5 stars, as I have a rule not to give 5 stars on a first time experience.

Overpriced ice cream. Cold stone is better. They charge you for an ice cream that they have in there menu but to get it like the picture in the menu you have to pay extra.

Pretty damn good! Came here thinking I wasn’t going to be a fan(honestly speaking because of how small and plain the inside is) but turns out, it was pretty good! I’ve tried the plain Vanilla, Rich Chocolate and Oreo on separate occasions and each one I have enjoyed. There is a small outdoor seating area which is nice because you come after 4pm the sun is setting behind the actual store so the sun is out of your face.

Uggghhh I’m so disappointed! Came to get a pedicure and figured I’d stop for a gelato since its right next door. They have underdelivered BIG time. I order cookie dough since it looked pretty impressive stacked up next to the rest of the flavors… either she didn’t pay attention and gave me a differenet flavor or something’s up with the ice cream maker, cause my cup had zeroooooo cookie dough– zero everything! I’m thinking… impossible this can’t be!!! well I’ve just gotten to the bottom of my vanilla cup and there was nothing but vanilla and for some reason… This vanilla has an aftertaste; an odd one!!! Not coming back here unless I’m in the mood for some of the sorbets like lemon, mango, etc… Cookie Dough FAIL!

This place is only OKAY. I think it’s over priced and there aren’t that many options for gelato… But I guess I’m judgmental because there’s another gelato place across the street that’s cheaper and has a lot more variety. Dont me wrong, the gelato is good… And if your in the Pembroke Gardens Plaza and want gelato, it’s convenient.

The place is a little small and the prices are on the high side. More than $ 4 for a tiny gelato is a bit too much, but I guess the taste is worth it. They offer a variety of flavors, one of them being hazelnut, which is one of my favorites. yum! Service is fast and friendly and they let you sample all the flavors if you want… Yummy, yummy gelato!

I came in here expecting a somewhat decent gelato and I was blown away with what I got the hazelnut crème and coffee are fantastic! It’s best to order both flavors together half and half to best get that great combination! This is The Shops at Pembroke Gardens best kept secret!

Back in for a quick small Macchiato and instantly I smell nail polish remover in an extreme way. The Venetian Nail Salon next door is somehow leaking chemical odors into this place. That is just gross. The gelato looked great and probably tasted great but it started tasting like the chemical odor as I ate it. The management needs to do something about the problem and fast!

The best gelato around, hands down. The texture is soooo luscious and creamy, the fruit gelatos have the perfect balance of sweet/tart, and the other flavors are spot on! The only reasons i didn’t give it a 5-star rating are that there’s usually only one person working the case and the register, and it’s a little bit pricey at $ 4.50 for a small. But heck, it’s worth it!

My whole family loves this place. I always get the sugar free/fat free Cappuchino flavor. It’s not missing anything.
