Great place to take the kids when you also want to eat with a little peace. THEYHAVETABLETSFORKIDSFULLOFGAMES!!! We were the type of parents that never understood why patents allow their kids to play tablets while they’re eating but man, I completely understand them now! We have 3 small kids & when you want to eat wings, drink beer, watch sports & relax, this place hits the spot… Oh by the way, wings are excellent. Great selection of wings, good size portions, and many other menu items. Service is ok, it is what it is. At the end of the day you just want to eat enjoy.

This place has a really relaxed vibe and an a pretty extensive menu. There are some pretty nice positives and some teeny negatives. I was seated pretty quickly and they obliged when I asked for a booth(even though there weren’t any ready and they had to clean one out). Because the vibe there is so relaxed you immediately feel at home there, at least I did. Brandon was our server and he was mostly on point. I did have one very minor thing. We arrived about 15 minutes before happy hour ended and I was trying to chug drinks because I loved the $ 1.50 beers. He was so busy with others he didn’t grab my beer in time, and was only able to get me two drinks. In reality, this really isn’t a big deal, it’s just me being an alchy cheapskate lol. Anyways, another great feature they have is that you can control the tunes in the place with this thing called TouchTunes. This might be underappreciated, but I was rocking out the entire time with the soundtrack I picked. It was a really cool feature that actually made me want to return the next day. As far as the food is concerned, I had their big jack burger and a ton of appetizers. The burger was pretty substandard but the apps were awesome and a great value for your buck. I wouldn’t order any entrees when I inevitably return here, but their apps are definitely worth it. They give you a generous portion. It bears noting that their wings are delicious, a bit too hot for me, and it seems all of their flavors lean on the spicy side.(Even their mild and garlic parmesan flavors had some serious kick). One thing that really bothered me however, was that I lost a lot of money on the TouchTunes app. I had bought about another hour worth of music($ 20) and they cut my stuff off with the current game. They basically stopped my music and put the game on the entire place’s speaker. Brandon graciously offered to take it off my bill, but it really wasn’t his fault. Only thing I would recommend in the future is to either not do it, warn the customer, or not allow TouchTune purchases before a game. This took away from the overall experience. I suppose the value for the money is a bit on the poor side, as they excel mostly on regular bar food fare, and their drinks seem a little expensive. However, it’s definitely worth a visit, even if just to absorb the vibe. Ask for Brandon if you go! The dude is a good guy.

This location is new and beautiful. I started to visit BWW in Atlanta but this location was so much nicer. Great beer selection and fantastic array of sauces for wings. Top marks for great wings and beer choices.

Went with my family on Saturday, Feb 27th. for dinner around 7:15pm Place was super busy as expected but the poor waiter was so overloaded he took forever just to greet us then forever to take out orders and when the wings came, they had no indication of the sauces which one had since we order 4 different sauces, and to ask the waiter for that info was just impossible since we could not find him. We just had to kind of try it out to see… Then I order a grilled chicken wrap with mild sauce and was sooooo spice, no way was that mild sauce!!! my eyes and nose were watering and my mouth burning like crazy, again no way to report that to waiter as he was too busy… I had to drink water from my husband and my kids because was so spicy and I could not even get water from him either again because I could not find him. So when we asked for the ck I finally was able to tell him everything and he called the manager who was very nonchalant about the whole thing saying I should have told my waiter so he could have replaced my food, and I told him that the waiter was obviously too busy and could not be reached and all he said was oh I am sorry… So much for caring for their customers… Needless to say we are not coming back!

When we we came in, we sat at the bar, it was like a ghost town, so we left and got a table, the service wasn’t any better, if this is a sports bar, Why does it feel like a family restaurant it’s soo Brite in here, and the tvs soo loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk, the wings and the choices of sauce were Great, and the beer was good but they don’t serve it in pitchers :(only in 16 or 20oz.

I think I have to start off by saying that I am well aware of the fact that chain restaurants will rarely meet my expectations versus a privately owned eatery. That being said, I have enjoyed BWW all over the United States. I enjoy their happy hour and their sauce menu. The company as a whole is easily a 4 star restaurant and possibly 5 stars. This location is a mess. Pembroke Pines is such a nice area! It’s sad that this BWW can’t figure it out. I have been to this location four times in the last six months and the first two where average at best and the last four have been absolutely terrible! Why do I keep coming back? Because my kids love it and my wife loves their sauces more than other places. Not to mention it is pretty close to my house. So I will start with tonight’s atrocity of a meal and work my way back to my other bad experiences if need be. Walking in the door the host got our body count and asked if we preferred high top or low top. I said booth because of my two younger kids. He seats us at a low top non-booth right next to the empty booths. I honestly thought he was messing with me. My family and myself stood there and he looked at us like we were Amish or something. I respectfully reminded him that I said a booth and he moved our menus one table over to a booth. Not a big deal right? So our waitress comes over and takes our drink order. My wife orders a beer and the waitress just looks at her. Wife looks at me and I began my drink order. The waitress disregards what I am saying and tells my wife she needs to see her ID. Also not a big deal, but it was very odd how she assumed my 28 year old wife could read her mind about needing to see her ID. So the first round comes out pretty quickly along with my kids drinks so we ordered our meals. Mac & cheese for both kids, 12 boneless for her, 18 boneless for me(don’t judge me) and a basket of fries for the table. About 15 minutes passes and both my wife’s and my beer glasses are empty and would like another round, but the waitress is nowhere to be found. We wait and wait and she comes out with our food minus the fries. She asked if we needed anything and I said, «everything looks good, are the fries coming out soon?» Her response was interesting because she responds with, «Oh, I didn’t know you wanted a basket of fries.» My order receipt in her hand showed that she had input the fries and she knew that the size I ordered was a basket for the table. So she leaves the wings obviously, but we had no silverware. We waited and waited and waited. I ended up going to the server station and finding their pile of wrapped silverware and getting enough for our table seeing as our food was there, but we didn’t have silverware to eat with. She finally comes back with warm not hot fries and kind of attitudely asks what else we need. So my response was 2 more beers, 3 sides of ranch, and don’t worry about the silverware because I already got them. Once we got our drinks and ranch, we didn’t see her until we were done and waiting over 15 minutes after we finished our meal and were contemplating the ol dine and ditch since we had been forgotten. My kids hated and didn’t eat their Mac & Cheese, but we couldn’t tell anyone because our server vanished. My food tasted good and my wife enjoyed her wings, so the problems with this location is strictly service. Needless to say, I will be going to Saw Mills Mall for my BWW fix from now on. Don’t waste your time with these rude people. On a positive note, there was a blonde waiter with a pony tail/top bun hair style and his table looked like they were getting EXCELLENT service. How do I know this? It was the table we were originally sat at. *UPDATE* If you ever find yourself at this location, try to get in AARON’s section. He was amazing last night!

Went in for lunch with a colleague today. I’ve been a couple of times before and I don’t expect world class cuisine, but today’s fare was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a boneless wing snack plate. When the order came out it was regular wings with buffalo sauce. The server, who was the only positive thing about the experience, apologized and brought me the correct order a few minutes later. The food was drenched in this waaaay too salty Spicy Garlic sauce. There was no hint of garlic, all I tasted was salt. After just one bite, I became so thirsty from the salt taste that I downed an entire glass of water in less than two minutes. I’d been before and the food was passable, but it’s inexpensive and usually quick so it sounds like a good lunch place. I will not be going back now. Aside from the server who was nice, attentive and professional, I will say that the carrots and celery were quite fresh.

Of the many Buffalo Wild Wings place visits, this holds the title of being great location, great in-service, and great food too. Always get friendly service while dining in and are attentive when you need anything extra or replaced. My only downside of the location is the take out service. The past 3 times I’ve ordered take out, I’ve experienced non-good service. I’ve either one had to wait almost an hour for a simple 15 piece and fries to be ready, or I received the incorrect food order. Though I’ve gotten immediate help from the restaurant manager, an improvement is still needed when handling your take out customers.

First timer and my experience was ok. I know it could been great instead of ok if we haven’t had to wait too long for our waiter. The place is nice and clean I just think the waiter’s have to move faster and to be more available for the client. Specially on a day you can tell the store is empty. To sit us down they took long when there was so many tables available. The chicken wings where awesome and the beers. I will come again just hoping to have a faster service and not wait 15 — 20 minutes to be served. I will leave a 4 star rating, wish next time they Wil make me do a 5 star.

Great Food /Great Wings. The problem: The absolutely slowest service known to man. Absolutely horrible. It took 1 ½ Hours to get our food. Think about that. This isn’t a complex meal, they’re friggin wings for the love of god. There is no excuse for this. We will never return.

Came here on a Tuesday for their $ 0.65/wing special(all day) but we missed the happy hour(half off appetizers) by 7 minutes. What a bummer! Good solid food whichever location you go and I’ve been to a few. Service can vary but luckily we got a good one this time around. She came in to check on us frequently and our glasses were never left empty. Love their dry seasoning especially salt and vinegar!

I’ve been to this restaurant on several occasions and it’s always a pleasant experience. Very sporty but very family friendly. The staff is attentive and loans the kids ipads equipped with games to keep them entertained while the food is cooking or if you’re like my husband and I, having a conversation without little voices interrupting. The food is really good. I always get wings, buffalo sauce, not season, and I get a mix of hot and medium. A small fills me up but I like to get a larger size and bring some home. Kids meals have a decent selection with many options for sides and drinks. Today I brought my daughter after we went horseback riding. We ordered lunch: buffalo wings, fries and she got mac&cheese. We shared a fudge cake desert. It was large enough to share and very good. I’m not usually a fan of dessert but this was worth it! The restaurant is very clean, well staffed and a favorite for my family. I have eaten at this location and several others in the USA and have never been disappointed. If you want to catch a game, go out for dinner with the family, or on a date; this is a great choice.

I love BW3. Im just going to go ahead and put that out there before you get too deep into this review. You know how there are Fandroids, X Box fan boys, and Jennifer Lawrence spanks? Well, that is me with BW3. Fine, it is a national chain. Fine, you may like your local wing joint better than this. Fine, they are not the craft beer mecca of the universe. You know what they are? They are consistently good, they have beer I like, and they are playing the sporting events I want to see. I grew up going here in the Midwest, and am happy that I can find them all around the US. I like the boneless wings. I like the traditional. I like the dry rubs, I like the saucy ones. I don’t dig on eating the hottest flavor int he world, so I don’t mind that they don’t have a 40,000,000BTU sauce that I can eat in 45 seconds to win a free t shirt. I like to enjoy the flavors, and I can do that here. As far as this location goes, it is new so it is clean, well planned, and efficient. They play out of state football games, so it is a good place to go on NFL Sundays. Enjoy, you know I will!

I love wings just as much as I love pizza(which is a ridiculous amount). My date and me both agreed that the food was pretty good, but not the best ever. The wings were not plentiful or really crispy which was a totally bummer. I did really like the selection of sauces, if you can’t find something you want, you’re way to picky. I also want to add that the fries were really good especially with the seasonings they have. Overall, If you like bar food and sports, this place is totally for you.

I feel like Buffalo Wild Wings locations are popping up EVERYWHERE in south Florida now! However, the Pembroke Pines location is a solid restaurant to eat at. Large, spacious and new building with plenty of televisions to cater to any sports fan. They do not seat your table unless 50% of your party is present. I met with a few friends on a Tuesday night, and there was a good amount of customers inside, but not too busy. BWW has reduced-price wings every Tuesday(I think it was like 60 cent wings, I am not sure) and $ 3 appetizers after 10 pm. Our waitress was nice and attentive, but very forgetful of our orders and slow to bring our food. She had to come back and ask for our drinks again, or we had to remind her that she completely forgot to bring someone’s entrée. We were very patient with her, but I imagine it would be annoying if you were in a hurry or leave you wondering how she would be during busy hours. I do enjoy BWW wings, but I wasn’t in the mood for them that night, so I ordered the Big Jack Daddy Burger. It is a beef patty topped with pulled pork, jack cheddar cheese and fried onion rings… it was DELICIOUS!!! Modestly priced but incredibly filling. It comes with a side of fries or other things, but I asked for vegetables, which meant the celery and carrot sticks that usually accompany the wings. My friend ordered the Dessert Nachos for the table to share, and I am grateful for that! The portion is HUGE, so don’t expect to order it on your own and finish it. The«nachos» are some cinnamon fried flat bread that goes great when you dip it into the vanilla ice cream. It’s sweet and crunchy and a creative, tasty dessert. The Pines BWW location is a solid restaurant that upholds the usual BWW standards. A great choice place to watch the games and enjoy bar food. It’s kid-friendly, spacious, and also has tables outside when the weather is nice. Located on the outskirts of the Pines mall, there is plenty of parking as well.

Actually my rating is 4.5 stars LOL! I have to say that I liked this store location as I have other locations. Just as expected this place was completely pack being it’s was Sunday football one of the biggest games of the season. This place was already crowded when we arrived, but it went to overload, but they kept the people flowing in and out. They seem to have this to a sceince, and I have seen the same situation at another location. This was during a Mayweather fight OMG! But they handled it the best they could with the situation, but they handled. First thing I would like to talk about is the décor. I love the color scheme of this place and the layout. Most of the resturants are laid out the same with few modifications. The place is always clean and customer service is very good. The staff is very interactive with the customers from the time you walk in the door. Management is usally very visible and will come around and check on tables from time to time. The bar section of resturant is unique in it’s layout, but simple. They have a very ample number of TV’s on every wall and every viewing angle. The food at this place especially the wings and fries are very good. The wings are average in size, no breading and coooked perfectly. I have had a variety of wings, but my favorite is the lemon pepper wings. Nothing worst than a lemon pepper wing that you cannot taste the lemon pepper. They put a liberal amount of lemon pepper seasoning on their wings, but not too much just right. For a slight contrast in flavors I added a little of their signature salt and vinegar seasoning to them which for me took them over the top. I also like the fries with the salt and vinegar sesoning on them. if you are a fan of salt and vinegar chips and love fries like I do you will like these. I personally ask for the salt and vinegar season on the side where I can seaosn them myself, i really want to taste the flavor and sometimes the season may be light, but that’s understood to please the masses. I overall like this place, the vibe and atmosphere and consider it one of my favorite sport bar resturants.

I’ve been dying to try out this place, but the only location I knew was near the Dolphins Mall. So when I found out that there was one just opened in Pembroke Pines, I went«Yeah»! We arrived here during the lunch hour. Most of the tables were full but surprising no one was sitting at the bar. Great, I love sitting at the bar anyway. Our bartender lady took great care of us. Since it was our first visit to this establishment, she clearly explained to us the items on the menu. We decided to order a few different appetizers plus the wings. Most of the appetizer we tried were pretty good. The mini corn dogs were great! Slightly breaded on the outside and a mini-hot dog inside… what a great idea! The Buffalo chips with cheese was great, and of course the bacon that was added makes it even better. The spinach artichoke dips was okay maybe a little bit bland but a little salt solved that problem. And of curse, we had the wings. We usually order the wings plain with sauces on the side. I think there were like 20 different sauces that you can choose from. I went with my favorite ranch and my wife had the hot sauce. And yes, I had a couple of beers. They also have good craft beers selections. Overall, it was a nice visit. Food was pretty good, service was great. The manager came by to say hello and checked if everything was okay with us. I may just found a substitution for my Ale House!
